And racism used to mean where one from one race felt superior over a other race. Then in the 70's, it was agreed that the difference in humans was predominantly cultural, so they devised ethnic groups.

So just like you in this thread, many use the word racist purely based on when someone disagrees with them.

So if a Caucasian showed the same unjustified prejudice towards another Caucasian and say an Asian did towards a Negro, is the Caucasian racist.

 

If one considers Asians and caucus Asians as different races then no.

 

Say a Chinese man showed unjustified prejudice against a black African guy, and a British white Caucasian showed exactly the same unjustified prejudice against another British white Caucasian guy, is the first British Caucasian racist.

The Chinese guy didn't hire the black guy because he's black, is that racist? The first white guy did hire the white guy because he's white, is that racist? Both are displaying the same unjustified prejudice.
