Yea, I think somebody is getting blank checks, but it isn't the Ukrainians. Biden has put so many restrictions on the arms that the Ukrainians get, that they have not been able to fight the war to win. That's one reason why it has continued. Nobody talks about "bought out Joe" being in the tank with the Russians, but when your family takes a few million from the Mayor of Moscow, you know they want something in return.
Not true, overwhelming majority of the funds is spent in the US building armaments, and the US has limited some of the weapons the Ukraine requests because the last thing we want is the Ukraine to start shelling Moscow or Russian population centers. Called a proxy war for a reason

NO, that's horseshit. US taxpayers are paying for EVERY ukrainian government employee's salary, as well as their pensions. Every troops salary. Every parliament member's salary and pension. Basically all public employee's salaries. Without US money, their government doesn't function at all, aside from all the military hardware and software they are given. It's long past time to cut that cancer off.
