So after being told Biden is going to bomb Yemen, you don't think Tlaib would go on Twitter with something like this: Biden is about to start another bombing genocide without getting congressional approval first. This is unconstitutional!!!!!

I believe a few years ago Tlaib was kept out of the loop on something because of concerns about her blabbing to her Muslim pals.

 

Article I, Section 8 give congress the power to declare war. This has only been done 11 times in this nation’s history. Last done on 3 June 1942. This nation hasn’t been involved in a constitutional declared war since.

With the Houthis in Yemen launching drones at our ships and attacking oil tankers in the Red Sea, I’d say a bit of retaliation was justified. Now if this Ro Khanna wants a declaration of war against Yemen, I suggest the representative introduce a bill to do so.
