Auto workers and their union have decided that Biden is a better choice for them. Trump fooled them once - I can see why they wouldn't want to be fooled again. Perhaps his lack of knowledge with a hard hat isn't that important to them. And I wonder why anyone would make their decision based upon whether or not a guy knows his way around a hard hat.

 

It’s literally the most basic symbol of the working class. If he can’t properly wear nor be told by his whole team of people how to properly wear a hard hat and you think they’re knowledgeable enough to help your industry? That’s laughable at best and pathetic in truth

Amazingly, the CEOs of auto companies don't know how to assemble a vehicle. In fact that goes for most large manufacturing corporations. And no matter how well the corporation is doing financially, there are always people on the floor who complain that the CEO couldn't 'do THEIR job'. It happens in every manufacturing plant. That doesn't mean they are right, of course. It simply means that the CEO has a different skill set than they do. To be fair, floor workers couldn't do the CEO's job either. So I'm not concerned about POTUS not knowing how to wear a hard hat - he proved that he knows how to help the workers in the way he knows best.

No they were wearing the hard hat correctly. One just has the hard hat configured with the bill to the back but the tightening strap is always on the back of the head.
