I believe this is a great move. He should be impeached for not following immigration laws. It’s his job to uphold those laws. I believe he has most definitely neglected his job and should be removed.

Levity aside, the border issue needs to be addressed, but who says the next one will do better. Trump is against anything that Biden puts on the table, just like the one now. He should be, but won’t be. The house can vote to impeach, but the trial in the senate will be along party lines as most democrats are in favor of illegal immigration. It takes 2/3rds of the senate to vote guilty for removal. At least that is how illegal immigration is perceived by most Americans. Only 31.5% of all Americans approve of Biden’s and his administration handling of our southern border problem, 63.5% disapprove.

Republicans 8% approve/88% disapprove

Independents 20% approve/65% disapprove


It does seem that the democrats, at least by a 2-1 margin are happy with the current southern border situation. If they weren’t, by the 63% approval of the way things stand today when dealing with the southern border and immigration as a whole?

 

Serious question. Excavating which laws is he accused of not enforcing? Can anyone name a specific statute?
