Honestly. I'm getting rather fatigued with this constant "THEY'RE BAD! INVESTIGATE!"
Campaign promises not only not met but not even attempted.
A leading candidate for president who really accomplished zilch because he is clueless and is running a campaign based on pandering to the worst prejudices.
The House is such a waste. It's more apparent objective is to make things worse as a means to win the next election. Prime examples, vetoing the bi-partison bill for border security, and having a committee investigating an impeachment when they don't even have a crime to investigate. I'm at the point now that if a Republican congressman yelled FIRE! I probably wouldn't get out of my chair to look.
I didn't like Reagan but I give him that he at least tried to accomplish something but today's Republicans are simply stop the Democrats.
    DO SOMETHING!

The Democrats didn't seem to be very willing at all to work with Trump.

The so called "bi-partisan bill for border security" you refer to was not very bi-partisan. Some Republicans might have cooperated but they are the type of Republicans that are more in favor of open borders. The entire bill has numerous issues in it that practically poison it and make it very bitter for Republicans (or anyone who wants border enforcement) to swallow.
And then the part in the bill that permanently moves legal jurisdiction of future disputes between Texas and the federal government to D.C. almost seems like a Trojan horse. To be willing to pass that, Republicans would have to trust the Biden Administration, which there has already been plenty of reason not to. There's plenty of reason to be suspicious and skeptical why the Democrats put that in there, because if they were actually going to enforce the border they wouldn't have much reason to be concerned about legal disputes from Texas.

If the media is telling you it's "bi-partisan" and a fair compromise, then the media's perspective is overall dishonest, in my opinion.

The only good thing about the bill is it ups the funding for border patrol a small to moderate amount. (Not to minimize or say that is not a significant thing)

Happy constituents don’t vote conservative. The GOP knows this an is working overtime to ensure conditions for the average American aren’t conducive to happiness.

They thrive on angry and scared people.

The GOP House has to clean up the mess Pelosi and her compadres left.....

It is laughable we have lived under the ""THEY'RE BAD! INVESTIGATE!" from the previous House that has set that very precedent time and time again...

The GOP goal should be to impeach and remove Joe Biden for the border, Afghanistan, and classified documents... then all can tout Joe has more impeachments than any president... which was the battle cry from the precedent set before...

Their one sole purpose is to do whatever Agent Oranges wants them to do to get him elected (or what he thinks will get him elected). These people are serious idiots NOT representing the interests of their constituents.

Trump made it clear from the beginning he was representing his base, not including the majority of Americans who did not vote for him.

Hi there, can you explain what you mean by "pandering to the worst prejudices"? That's a very bold claim. I'd appreciate some examples of your obvious RACE HUSTLING.

    Thank you

Honestly, investigating the root cause of a violent attack on the Congress should be an automatic every time it happens.
The border: Republicans turned down a solution written by a Republican and agreed to by the Dems.
Afghanistan: Biden negotiated an additional 5 months for people to evacuate beyond when T**** wanted the US out. I have little, well actually no sympathy for any too stupid to leave within an extra 5 months.
T**** could have also had no trouble with the Feds if he had turned over all illegal documents rather that force them to use the courts.

Now get to work on problems rather than making unfounded personal attacks to seek election.

Being the Republicans are just as corrupt as the Democrats, maybe it is time to vote for RFK Jr. Equally, I blame the voters for being puppets to mass media and voting all these criminals in.

No solutions from the house. Name any significant piece of legislation that has become law. You can't blame Biden he has not vetoed a single piece of legislation they have sent forth.
They seem more interested in name calling and retribution.
They would even put the US into 10 months of border limbo rather than even discuss options.

It was noted in exit polling yesterday by crossover voters, ‘Republicans can’t govern.’

    The dysfunction is gaining attention.

Those are informed voters with critical thinking skills. The further south one goes the information stream seems to turns emotional, manipulative and appeals to a victim mentality.

I had to laugh out loud…
They have been busy fixing the mess Pelosi left…
I noticed the lack of work Pelosi missed by chasing Trump for 4 years…. Fake impeachments and fake committees took up most of their time.

Guess you were blind to the last several years when all the House did was go after Trump, leading to high inflation, wars, etc.

Republicans have truly become the party of DO NOTHING. Even when they had the Orange Stain in office and both houses, they did NOTHING.

What, they enriched the wealthy and corporations, but that is what we expect of them .

The rest of the time ? 250 failed votes to repeal the ACA ? They didn’t even fund their border wall with all the Mexican money they lied about getting.

Do you still think global warming is going to kill us all and that everything is racist?

It's you guys who thrive on angry and scared people because liberals live their lives off of their emotions.
