Not only does it NOT secure the border, it actually incentivizes more border crossings because it dangles the carrot of fast tracking getting processed from taking years to takes days. Fresh voters just in time for an election!

And it allows up to 5000k a day, not that the number really matters because if you are under the assumption that Biden would magically "shut down the border" for 6 months if 5001k a day happened to cross...well...LOL at you.

The idea that this administration could suddenly do something it's SUPPOSE TO HAVE BEEN DOING SINCE DAY 1...because of a stupid bill is just ridiculous wishful thinking.

Well his messaging is going to be come down hard on those who attempt to cross illegally. He's going to likely talk about pu punishment to the Mexican government if they don't uphold their end of security.

He's going to likely go back to rough handling of asylum seekers and he's gonna approve whatever assistance Texas wants be it wall, more patrol agents and anything in between.

What's happening at the border is an invasion of which has drastically negative effects to our societies and economy. It is dangerous and irresponsible for both those coming and those who already live here.

And even if the left decides to try to replace Biden with Gavin, that is incredibly undemocratic because Gavin, as you know, didn't get selected in the primary election, which is the entire purpose of the primary election.

Which forms?
The insurance forms? Insurance companies do due diligence on policies covering that kind of business. You know, they do their own valuations.
The banks? Guess what? Banks do their own due diligence.
The tax man? We don't get to do our own valuations. The government does that. We have almost nothing to say about it, government decides the value of a building and the tax to be paid.

Now, much has been made about how the insurance, bank and tax entities all got different answers to how much Donald's stuff was worth.
Insurance values for not only the building, but the contents, and they look to replacement cost, not market worth. Two completely different things.
The bank valuation is only interested in recouping it's loaned amount, assuming worst case that the debtor defaults.

The reality is, the New York law is, in my opinion, sloppy law. Fraud by definition must have a victim; one cannot defraud a building. The New York law dodges that very basic concept by saying; don't need a victim, we're stopping crime from happening. It's like saying assault or rape doesn't require a victim, we're preventing a crime from happening.

I believe that if this case gets as far as the Supreme court the court will not only vacate Engoron's bullshit ruling, but the law itself.

 

So why can Biden and the democrats do it but not Trump and the Republicans?
