Exactly. When the appellate court bounces Trump’s weak appeal, the Trumpers will cry about how they’re all “libruls” and George Soros paid them all off, blahblahblah…

Montage? What montage? I posted her entire campaign ad. You accused me of cherry picking. What did I leave out that would alter my summary of her message in a way that means something completely different?

Also, a word to the wise, it's probably not a good idea to claim she did not campaign with a promise to prosecute Trump because she didn't use the exact words "get trump" and then contradict yourself and claim she acted in a way that got Trump.

Isn’t it her job to make fraudulent businesses see some consequences for their own actions? She had to prove her case and she did.

Yet here you are trying to claim that her imaginary campaign promises show that Trump did nothing wrong.

So, if Trump is found guilty of all the criminal trials he still faces, all the prosecutors and judges who have condemned him will also be corrupt.

And they claim not to be part of a cult....

Prosecution is her job, which is why it's so absurd of you to try and claim that wasn't what her campaign was promising to do to Trump. We'll have to see exactly what it is she proved. I don't believe the matter is settled.

I've never made any post arguing " Trump did nothing wrong" so I'm not sure where you got that impression. You said earlier you were not a mind reader.. soo..

Would you care to back up your claim of what I'm trying to do with some concrete evidence? Maybe a quote of me saying " Trump did nothing wrong?"

After all, I should probably hold you to the same standard you're holding me.

We are discussing only one trial.

It's illegal, but it's not a crime. You didn't understand that? You've tried and failed on the exclusively "consumer fraud" claim and the "12 cases" thing, too.

Well, I'm glad that you agree that Trump violated 63(12). Where did she promise to get Trump again?

I've given you plenty of opportunity to make an argument.

Let me know when you're ready for an honest conversation about this.

By that, you mean that I'm supposed to agree with you. You presented a very poor case, so no thank you.

That's what I meant about disliking that kind of rhetoric. Not unprecedented, but shouldn't single out individuals or even mention anything about the presidency.
Unfortunarely for Trump he still drove past that highway patroman doing 30 over and flipping him the bird.
Some things are stupid, some things are illegal and others are both.
What sets Trump apart is his arrogance, and that never goes welk with law enforcement.
They don't make up crimes. He's been pissing people off in NY for a long time. If he had conducted his business legally he would have anything to worry about.

That's funny coming from a guy who thinks someone campaigned on a promise she never made, and doesn't grasp why it's irrelevant anyway.

    What's your point?

    Discrediting Laeticia James?

This is the third time since 2017 that Trump has been condemned for fraud.

    The third.

2017: $25 million in restitution to students at his fake university.

2018: Justice closes Trump's charitable foundation for fraud.... case led by Laeticia James.

    2024: Property appraisal fraud.

How many cases does it take for the MAGA to admit that Trump is a fraudster?

To prevent people from using the appeals process to simply delay their penalty.

And somehow the fraud that his CFO went to prison for didn’t involve him….
