Should people convicted of crime get to remain free until all appeals are exhausted?

    So sorry.

When a conspiracy exceeds 100 members, I can no longer keep up.

Nemesis wanted evidence that James had intended to "get Trump".

    I provided Nemesis that evidence.

I already did. You can’t delay justice by appealing.

Isn't it the job of prosecutors to go after those who break the law?

You don't have to imagine that. Felons would not have voted for that new sheriff.

Trump is not a felon. Felons are not allowed to vote.

I've answered this question. Yes it's their job. I responded to Nemesis that I thought it was absurd for him to try to argue that prosecuting Trump wasn't her campaign promise.

I hope you understand that this is not a political promise.

Since Laeticia James (and a large part of Americans) have known for a long time that Trump is a crook.

It was absolutely a political campaign promise.

When a prosecutor promises to prosecute a fraudster, there's nothing political about it.

The rule is that the cause of action had to have existed at common law for there to be a right to a jury, and also that actions in equity are not tried to a jury.

    Wrong on both counts.

You’ve never shown a promise to get Trump. Besides, she proved in court that Trump was violating NY law. Are you still trying to claim that there’s some conspiracy going on that led to Trump’s huge loss in court?

What was decided was exactly what I quoted - the 8th amendment deals only with criminal punishments.

Why do you keep repeating this FALSE description of the 12 cases.

The AP said that of the 12 cases of DISSOLUTION it could find, all had victims and losses.

    DISSOLUTION not fines.
