Yes, my post is accurate. Yours is not. Repeating it doesn't make it accurate.

Maybe you are willing to answer the questions I asked that Nemesis declined to answer. Let's start with:

What was James' message to voters in her 2018 campaign advertisement?

I contend the message is vote for me and I will prosecute Trump in order to remove him from office.

    Do you disagree?

Skin in the game. Prevents frivolous appeals.

But it doesn't "cost money". You are paying the judgement against you, which will be given back to you if you win your appeal.

New York is Venezuela. That is obvious from the ridiculousness of this case brought unethically and ruled unethically by a prosecutor who pledged to get Trump in her campaign for Attorney General and a judge who has some perverted sense of the law driven as well by the Get Trump derangement syndrome.

This is how far the left in the throws of Trump Derangement Syndrome will go to GET TRUMP. The left will literally throw away "235 years of American jurisprudence".

Wrong. I answered your question, just not the way you wanted.

And now you've expanded your claim to "she ran on keeping Trump (my hero) out of the WH! WAAUGH!".

    WOW.

Yes, because Tish James is trying to “keep the Orange Turd off the ballot”.

Or maybe because he’s committed years fraud. And he’s on the ballot.

He was not entitled to a jury trial, and he didn’t ask for one anyway.

Trump is really, really, REALLY squirming to try to get out of posting both bonds in NY: the 83.3 million (+ interest) in the Jean Caroll II case and the around 465 million in the fraud case. In sum total, we are looking at circa 600 million dollars.

A number of people here are not understanding that a judgment is a judgement, it is over with. In order to appeal without losing any of his properties, he has to post bond. If he doesn't post bond, he can still appeal but as soon as the 30 days in each of these cases are up, the state of New York can start taking his properties and tear his finance imperium apart, even in the middle of appeal paperwork. So, even in the middle of his appeal, his imperium goes belly-up.

The appeals court has already gone way out of it's way to grant a temporary stay of the one part of the judgment forbidding him from having an executive position or dealing with banks that are chartered in NY for three years in order to give the man a chance to get some loans in order to put up the bond, something they would surely not do for anyone not named Trump. The question is more: is there a single bank out there willing to do business with Trump anymore?

Trump is really playing with fire, here. Financially, what he doing is akin to someone appealing the death sentence, but the IV has already been inserted into his arm. He would be far better of to sell some of his properties now and pay the bond out of his own pocket in order to avoid losing even more. Also, if you file a frivolous appeal (and the appeals court will most certainly see this as frivolous and will use his Trumpy Truthy Tweeties as proof against him) it likely cost you (in this case, Trump) even more money.

The only logical explanation for his behavior is that he is both stubborn and extremely stupid.

Clearly the Orange Turd is doing the same thing as in his criminal cases: delay, delay , delay, hope to win the election and then use the power of the presidency to delay or cancel his personal debt.

    The CON IS ON !

Probably a tad more to this since it was known before the trial started that the judge had already found Trump Org guilty. The whole trial was posturing for appeal by the Trump team. I'm sure they have known for months how they wanted to attack the appeals and the strategy to employ that attack.
