That's exactly what he said. Biden willfully held Classified documents but since Biden was elderly and has memory issues, he felt it would be hard to get a conviction due to that so they shouldn't prosecute.

 

Besides, it was so much easier to broadcast Republican propaganda, safe from slander charges , than prosecute a case he couldn’t win for lack of evidence.

 

LOL. He clearly stated that he had evidence that Biden WILLFULLY held classified documents. Otherwise he would have never said it. And, he also said that since he didn't think a jury would convict a nice old elderly man with memory issues, there was no reason to prosecute, meaning that if Biden wasn't a nice old man with memory issues, he could have been found guilty.

IF it was a serious case....oh yes, they would prosecute the person. Age is not a free get out of responsibility card. That statement is a cover for the fact they had NO real substantive evidence.

I did not read the methodology behind that claim. The trouble with most polls is that the conclusion was decided before deciding on a method. Personally, I never have and never would vote for him. I voted for Jo.

 

If funny how righties won't accept the medical opinion of a psychologist, but willfully accept the medical opinion of an attorney who has minimal to zero medical background when he says Biden has memory loss. It's almost as if they are hypocrites.

 

Joe's issues are far more serious than you and the media make them out to be. Joe's issues are not memory alone. They are dementia or dementia related. There is no dancing around that.

Hardly. I posted a video of Trump having a complete mental lapse where his brain literally shuts down mid sentence. I haven't seen Biden have mental event like that.
