No I don't think so. The GOP debates are always about who the second runner up would be. Trump knew this. I don't know why people forget who Trump is. He doesn't get picked apart.

He really is a mess right now. But anyone that watched him debate Hillary knew he was way out of his league. The man is a moron.

 

Right now a lot of people think Biden has mental issues, plus he's behind in the polls and any candidate who is behind in the polls would love an opportunity to debate his opponent. On top of that with all that's been said about Biden's cognitive issues, he can put them to bed with a few debates. By refusing to debate Trump he will look weak and afraid of how he might come across to the voters.

I highly doubt Biden's handlers will let him debate Trump.
