The DOJ tried their hardest to charge him with insurrection, they couldn’t. Why? There is 0 evidence of it

making a speech claiming there was fraud where he explicitly said ‘protest peacefully’ is far from engaging in an insurrection. Charging him here would mean prosecutors could read his mind decoding what he really meant and somehow can prove he knew protestors were going to storm capitol or make them do so.

it’s scary how you leftists are willing to set the most dangerous precedent where we can jail anyone who riles up a crowd and blame them for criminal acts of people who randomly decide to commit crimes out of their own account.

if we set this precedent, many would be in jail, all of congress and the media who constantly polarize and rile up people. The entire cnn, msnbc, fox news anchors and company producers would be in jail and so would pretty much all the radical leftists and right wingers in congress. The media and politicians contributed to the blm riots without a doubt, all should be jailed?
