And, the new pier we're building is also a showcase, not a solution. When deliveries hit the beach, Israel controls searching the contents and permitting movement. This is an incredibly slow and unsure process - exactly the same problem that aid runs into at the Rafah and northern crossing points where long lines of aid trucks sit in the sun.
