Why is Johnson grandstanding? Having Netanyahu speak before Congress will not defeat Hamas, It will not cause the war to slow or stop. I don't know of anyone in leadership who opposes this. The only reason to do that is to make Schumer, who is a Jew and probably understands this better than Johnson, look bad.
If that happens I don't think it will bring conservative in any significant Jewish vote in the election and it probably increases Biden's chances with Muslims. Except for throwing meat to the conservative base this is not a smart political move.

 

I'm thinking Johnson will be severely disappointed in his ability to make this happen and the results of it if he does.
