I don't think they charge students to attend. The school is likely using their exorbitant tuition money to pay speakers, though .... hence the vehement response from the students. It's all well and good to present opposing viewpoints, but a known racist and a moron? I'm with the students on this one.

I wouldn't worry about that. I doubt very much that Rittenhouse studies history, and it certainly seems like his handlers are leaving him unprepared.

I lived in Cincinnati at the time. I remember the initial disbelief that the National Guard had shot at unarmed protesters. What a wake-up call that was!

Sharing his story? What makes him believe that college students give a rat's ass about his story? Such stunning arrogance. Stupid and full of himself. Are we sure he isn't Trump's out-of-wedlock offspring?

Here's a very silly notion.... If you don't like what he's saying and you obviously don't want to hear what he has to say.... Simply don't attend the event.

You would have a point if people were required to attend but they are not

Even MSNBC doesn't consider it newsworthy.

The story I read earlier today, forget which site, is that the school demanded changes to the ticketing earlier that morning. TPUSA uses their own ticketing system because it's common for far leftists/Antifa idiots to reserve the seats and then stage walkouts or even get physical at their events. The TPUSA organizers were in the far left group's communication and saw that the leftists were tipped off by the school that there was going to be a change in ticketing forcing them to use the school's system before the information went public. They encouraged their followers to snag up all the tickets so they can protest before it was public that all the existing tickets would be canceled. The venues have limited seating so they need to use a ticketing system of some kind. The organizers don't believe it was unintentional that this happened because these leftist protestors knew about the change before it was public, they doxxed the organizers, and when the event organizers complained to the administration overseeing campus events, they were laughed at.

Please link that video here, and explain, bit by bit, how Rittenhouse was the victim. I ask, because I did see video back then, and the worst thing they were doing was shouting at him (which we now know he can't take), so he fired his weapon, which prompted one of his victims to try using a skateboard to stop him from killing anyone.

That the prosecution was unable to make their case does not make Kyle innocent.

He was attacked by multiple aggressors. The video is famous, you can find it on your own.

This is a fabrication of the events and not even close to anything that actually occurred. You didn't see that on video, you made it up in your head based on preconceived biases.

    He's innocent for two reasons:
    1. The facts show he was attacked and a reasonable person would expect severe bodily harm as an outcome from each attacker. The law says he's innocent and acted in self defense.

    2. He's an American and innocent until proven guilty.

He should refrain from public speaking outside of MAGA events, like Trump rallies. He's far too much of a candyass for opposition, and most non-MAGAs think he's guilty. As I said above, the lazy little **** needs to get a job.

It's not a problem. It's just extremists on this site happy to see a successful heckler's veto of a conservative speaker.

    See. Point personified.

When was he attacked by any mob? The video that was shown at the time shows that only three or four people were anywhere near him, and he shot three of them.

This was verbal, and we already know that he would rather shoot than argue.

Since when? Remember, we're talking about people too dumb to get out of jury duty. (Kidding!)

Inviting KR to speak at Kent state is like asking OJ to address a battered-women convention.

Kyle explained he had a time set and it was reached and he left. The news media wanted so badly to deny him justice and failed making themselves look like idiots now they are trying to attach the guy because of their stupidity.

    Pathetic and sad.

Eh ... not much clarity there, but here's what I saw:

Kyle was walking along and minding his own business. Rosenbaum was standing outside of a parked car and likely said something about the big gun. Kyle likely said something objectionable to Rosenbaum in reply, and Rosenbaum thought, for some reason, that threatening Kyle verbally was the right thing to do (why would anyone challenge someone who's brandishing an AR-15?) Kyle ran, Rosenbaum gave chase, Kyle started firing.

Did you notice the point where Rittenhouse stops, and in about two seconds, the small crowd gathered at one end of that parking lot scatters, running away from Rittenhouse? That wasn't a mob, and they certainly weren't threatening Rittenhouse. At least two people must have stopped to help Rosenbaum, and Rittenhouse shot them, too. They probably did intend harm, but not death. They weren't armed with anything other than a skateboard.

Kyle took that gun to a BLM protest in order to brandish it, hoping to scare people and feel like a big man. Someone scared him, and he ran, like he did at this college event. He's a sissy snowflake who feels threatened by angry words directed at him. He should never have gone to that protest. It was extremely stupid. I blame his parents ... they should be charged, like that one mass shooter's parents.

Anyone would have negative thoughts about an idiot who decided to take an AR-15 to a BLM protest. His parents must be mentally ill, or maybe they only have three or four brain cells between them.

Oh, good grief. Where's a violin when ya need one?

Rittenhouse is not ... repeat, NOT ... a victim. Not then, and not now. All of his misadventures are on his own tally, and that of his parents. If he can't stand the heat, he should avoid public speaking, grow up, and get a freaking job.
