    https://www.foxnews.com/media/mexican-president-says-flow-migrants-continue-unless-us-meets-demands

"Obrador issued a series of demands for what the U.S. must do to stop the flow of migrants to the border, ranging from sending Latin American countries $20 billion in aid a year to granting some level of amnesty to illegal immigrant workers in the U.S."

This is an act of war and Texas was right. It is an invasion and we are being blackmailed in order to stop it. This is unacceptable and must be met with force.

The interviewer went on to ask, "If they don’t do those things, will you continue to help to secure the border?"
"Yes, because our relationship is very important," Obrador replied. "It is fundamental."

    End of thread

And on another issue, why is there an embargo on Cuba and sanctions on Venezula

Lols helping secure the border could mean spending $5 to stop them. You can't just ignore the ENTIRE point of his statement because he equivocated at the end so he doesn't get his country into some high grade deep ****

And exactly what is he doing now to secure the border that he claims he will "continue" to do when their criminal illegals are flowing over in droves?

No. Blackmail is along with an invasion of tens of millions of people clearly being assisted to come here illegally by a foreign government who wants to blackmail us by forcing us to pay them hundreds of billions of dollars to stop them

This should be considered an act of war. He is admittedly allowing them to flow unless we pay them. I say we stop doing business with him and see how he likes that.

    I beg to differ:

"Alfonso noted Obrador's demands for the U.S. to send $20 billion a year to Latin America countries, lift sanctions on Venezuela, end the Cuban embargo and legalize millions of Mexicans that are living in the U.S

"If they don’t do the things that you’ve said need to be done, then what?," she asked.

"The flow of migrants will continue," Obrador responded"

So we either pay them billions of dollars and legalize the millions of criminals they've already sent here or he keeps sending more. That is the EPITOME of blackmail. On what grounds do you assert it's not?

    20 is not hundreds.

That is not "the epitome of blackmail". You are just making things up.

    NOT Really...
    NOT "by any measure"
NOT according to the definition found in 18 U.S.C.
    (4) the term “act of war” means any act occurring in the course of—
    (A) declared war;
    (B) armed conflict, whether or not war has been declared, between two or more nations; or
    (C) armed conflict between military forces of any origin

There is no link to the $20B demand either. Click on the link that Fox gives and there are no quotes that demand $20B

    Define blackmail.

He wants $20 Billion PER YEAR. That is hundreds of billions over less than a decade

    Wrong.

"Alfonsi noted Obrador's demands for the U.S. to send $20 billion a year to Latin America countries, lift sanctions on Venezuela, end the Cuban embargo and legalize millions of Mexicans that are living in the U.S"

He was asked about it directly to his face and what was his response?

Why would I "define blackmail". It is your contention, not mine.

And technically, it would not be hundred over less than a decade. It would be a decade.

Oh hell so according to that definition, we could invade their country with our military and as long as we didn't shoot them in the process, it's not an act of war? And if they shot us first then THEY started the war?

Thats damn fine to know. We should do exactly that

That is a Fox News quote, not a quote from Alfonsi who is not the President of Mexico anyway
