Except he did commit the crime. We have the evidence. He grossly overvalued his home, thus not paying the appropriate amount of taxes and robbing taxpayers of revenue.

But then hypocrisy is a progressive trait, especially when it is in regards to Trump. Which is obvious at this point and why he's going to win.

You can't go full Putin in America. So respect your incoming president.

    He's been found guilty.
His attorneys stipulated to this last September rather than risk a trial.

That you willingly expose your lack of understanding of the discussion should be embarrassing.
    But I doubt it is.

"Stewart did nothing wrong but trump did?"
Not at all.... thanks for admitting the fact if they go after Trump then they need to go after Stewart..... the difference is obvious to the normal mind...

    Indeed he was.
Just as he was found to have raped
Just as he will be found guilty of fraud in his NY criminal trial
    and
As he will be found guilty in Florida and DC.

    Crime Is US...The 2024 GOP.

Nothing here folks... move along... ask no questions... Carroll case
"dirty judge" yep worked here and it worked for Engoron... make up your own rules and circumvent the laws to get the wanted outcome.

then find a state that will literally create a law (The Adult Survivors Act) out of whole cloth, that strangely creates a 1 year window so it fits this very scam to the letter, while this law is being backed by the very accuser it fits... to allow the statute of limitation to be bypassed...
and then delete evidence that was subpoenaed,
and then submit into evidence a dress that was not even manufactured yet....
and then throw in an unknown date this happened, so as to deny the accused the ability to mount a defense by back tracking and doing research of their whereabouts...

So what I'm reading that the difference is Trump got the inflated value via banks, and Stewart got it via a private transaction. LMAO, that's the only difference and it shouldn't be a significant difference in prosecution.

Well clearly to progressives one is morally righteous, while the other demands jail time. And they wonder why they are losing the upcoming election. We are tired of the bullshit.

It was inevitable. The MAGA boosters, in their constant and mindless mission to protect their felon, have attempted to fabricate an equivalence to excuse their Orange Stain from paying for his crimes.

This obsession is bordering on pathological. This attempt to suspend belief is actually pretty sick.
It is warping the values previously held in high regard in this country, including truth and justice.
It is causing people to defend the indefensible, repeatedly. Pity these poor deluded individuals but do not, by any means, allow them to spread their poison.

Trump inflated the value of his property as to what he thought is was worth to get loans... $18 million for Mar-a-lago, get real.
Stewart inflated the value of his property by 829% as to what he thought is was worth to get a sale....

    What is the difference..

In 2014, Stewart sold his 6,280-square-foot Tribeca duplex to financier Parag Pande for $17.5 million.
The 2013-2014 assessor records the property had the estimated market-value at only $1.882 million.
The actual assessor valuation was even lower, at $847,174.

You don't think a 'real estate mogul' would know the square footage of his own property? And if he didn't, but simply went with something someone told him, he is still responsible for his actions.

That was constructive, and suggests a constructive course of action for MAGA types: abandon their obsession and seek some help. At the very least, abandon the Orange felon.

Same answer. Constructive. Smears are what is being attempted in this thread on Stewart to defend the Orange Stain.

This whole New State Trump property case is nothing but a witch hunt. No one lost any money, and the banks that were involved wanted to do business with Trump again.

This is nothing but a cooked up farce from the fascist authoritarian Democrat Party.

The whole case breaks down when the prosecution claimed that Mara-La-Go is worth $18 million. Paying that price for it would be like winning the Power Ball Lottery.
