Why don't you try reading what I wrote and stop putting words into my mouth?

Your last question has an assumed premise (it's a loaded question), you'll have to substantiate the premise before you can ask the question. Or, you can ask, but I don't engage loaded questions, as a general principle (only fools engage loaded questions).

Being pro Palestinian does not make you anti-Semitic nor does being anti Netanyahu make you anti Israel. They make you a pacifist. Being Anti Putin does not make you anti Russia. Being against specifics does not, well at least should not, make you against generalities.

Good Grief there have been some ridiculous posts -- Let is talk about being in favor of Iran and Hamas -- What is not to like ? .. Radical Islamist Terrorists is something we can probably all agree.

Now we should clear up this Anti-Semite nonsense -- Israel was in favor of Hamas at one point in time .. served to drive a wedge into the Palestinian Authority .. shipping in suitcases full of Cash to Hamas .. for political purposes. So FMW -- Israel are not Anti-Semites. K .. KK .. OK :)

Donut around to Genocide Joe .. hard to say he don't favor the radical Islamist terrorists ... where do you think he got his nick -name from .. Thinking caps everyone .. biggest Genocide in the 3rd millennium - tick tick tick ---- Ding !! congratulations for all who chose "Syria" a horrific atrocity .. 500,000 civilians dead (documented .. actual are likely much higher) Rape - o - Rama -- forced marriage - public Executions . pogroms .. .. Strict Sharia - Dark Age Style .. descended upon the land with the creation of a new Nation .. controlling all of the major cities in former Syria except Damascus .. where Assad was hold up.

This new State - the "Islamic State" (IS) , was created in 2013 -- lasted some 3 years .. this State creation by a coalition of 30 Nations .. led by Obama and Lord Biden.

Now .. back then . times were different .. 10 years out from 911 - remember Bush -"We going after not only the terrorists but the Supporters of Terrorism" - The patriot Act still fresh in our hearts .. and Biden/Obama now best buddies with Al Qaeda .. -- our proxies in 2 wars throughout most of the last decade .. Yemen being the other Saudi sht show .. our radical Islamist Brothers in arms .. OH .. hey wait ?? .. never mind. ..

Now to be fair -- think was 2017 or there - abouts .. after Russia and Iran had defeated Al Qaeda and ISIS .. Hezbolla helped too. .. in Syria .. Defeating Bidens JV -Team in Syria .. sans Raqqa which was US controlled Zone ... Trump came in and finished the Job .. taking out the last stronghold with the help of the Kurds .. who hate the Radical Islamists ..

The love for Radical Islamist Terrorists continued into Libya and we should not forget Hillary in this blessed Biden Obama Trinity --- Lock Her Up ! Supporting the 911 terrorists .. arming them with sophisticated US technology .. those manpads .. surface to air missiles perfect for taking out airliners...

BUT --- Lest we not let Red Completely off the hook -- as if they would have done different - When the Bill came up to do just that !! how do you think Red Congress Voted .. to a man in the Senate .. nearly so in the House. ..

The question was a contentious one.. Should we continue to arm and support Al Qaeda - ISIS - and other terrorist groups of that nature - with special emphasis on the US hating variety .. the twin tower blower up-ers !

Should be a no Brainer aye FMW --- the fellow you voted for would vote YES YES YES - to the "Stop Arming Terrorist Act" tabled by Tulsi in the house and Paul in the senate.. Tulsi managed to get 13 or so co sponsor's in the House - bipartisan .. Poor Rand could not garner a single sponsor in the the Senate.

Moral of the Story --- US Congress - Big fans of Radical Islamist Terrorists .. Not so Big fans of Iran .. a big fighter of Radical Islamist Terrorism .. rather than a supporter of the US hating variety .. strange as that may be.

Now as far as the freedom fighters in Gaza -- while the Hamas I would consider "radical Islamist" .. not sure if the "Terrorist" label fits .. as well as it does on Bibi .. Israel and Genocide Joe hands down the far bigger terrorists in the Region .. Hamas/Iran is completely small potatoes and in fact hard to say Iran is guilty of terrorism at all ? Is supporting the freedom fighters in Ukraine "Terrorism" If no then on one is in ridiculous hypocrisy.

Iran is supporting the Palestinian right to self defense against an Evil Occupier .. violator of international law -- hundred of times over the many decades. Iran .. the fellow we assassinated Solimani .. spend most of his career killing Al Qaeda and ISIS terrorists that we were arming and funding .. Israel knee deep with us. Who are the ones favoring the radical Islamist terrorists in this picture ? and who are the biggest terrorists .. by far .. and who are the big fighters of terrorism ..

watch out for the US-Doublespeak Fella's .. Pentagon is not your friend ... Pentagon love the terrorists you are taught to love to hate..

Ding Ding .. ding ding .. dong.. dong Ping Pong..

The question was not who you voted for .. but how the one you voted for voted on the "Stop Arming Terrorist Act" - the bill that proposed Obama stop giving sophisticated US military technology Al Qaeda

Which way did your fellow vote on the Bill ? --- or do you not follow much of that either . what your rep votes for ?! Hope it is not the Anti Semite side.. right .. those who put themselves in favor of radical Islamist Terrorists..

Perhaps to you it doesn't. Maybe inform yourself first on the meaning of words. I'd recommend a dictionary to start with.

Progressives spend their lives looking for “victims and oppressors.” It’s the new dialectic for them like the 19th century Marxists who cited “workers and capitalists.”

Being Pro-Palestinian certainly doesn't mean you like Jews, since Palestinians want Jews to leave their land from the river to the sea. And by leave, they mean die if they don't leave. They also toss LGBT folks off roofs, so hard to SUPPORT them and also the rights of gay people. They also don't believe much in Womens' rights, so hard to support women AND Palestinians. And when a majority of them support HAMAS, you also support terrorism, human shields and strapping bombs to children, so there's that=)

You're presenting a convoluted and misleading view of international relations, terrorism, and the roles of various actors in global politics. Let's unpack and address the inaccuracies and oversimplifications:

You're misrepresenting Hamas and Iran's positions. Your portrayal of Hamas and Iran simplifies complex geopolitical relationships. Hamas is considered a terrorist organization by many countries due to its methods and objectives, particularly its attacks on civilians. Iran's support for militant groups in the region, including Hezbollah and various factions in Syria and Iraq, is part of its broader strategy to extend its influence and counter rivals, not merely an anti-terrorism stance.

You've oversimplified the historical context. Your claim that Israel supported Hamas to undermine the Palestinian Authority oversimplifies and distorts historical nuances. While Israel's policies have indeed sometimes inadvertently strengthened Hamas, particularly through actions that weakened the Palestinian Authority, it's misleading to suggest a direct support for Hamas for political purposes. The relationships and dynamics in the region are highly complex and subject to change based on evolving geopolitical interests.

You're incorrectly attributing the Syrian conflict. Your argument erroneously attributes the creation and support of the Islamic State (IS) to a coalition led by Obama and VP Biden. The rise of IS was the result of multiple factors, including the power vacuum left by the 2003 Iraq invasion, sectarian policies of the Iraqi government, and the Syrian civil war. The international coalition's efforts in Syria were aimed at defeating ISIS, not supporting it.

You're making misleading claims about U.S. policy. Your narrative mischaracterizes U.S. involvement with Al-Qaeda and ISIS, suggesting a level of support that conflates disparate groups and overlooks the complexities of U.S. foreign policy objectives. The U.S. has indeed been involved in various conflicts with shifting alliances and outcomes, but simplifying these into support for radical Islamist terrorists is misleading.

You're simplifying Congressional actions. Your discussion of the U.S. Congress's stance on terrorism and Iran is overly simplified and ignores the broader context of U.S. legislative actions against terrorism. The U.S. has enacted numerous sanctions and military actions against terrorist organizations, including those affiliated with radical Islamist ideologies. The portrayal of unanimous Congressional support for arming terrorist groups is inaccurate.

You're making a false equivalence and oversimplifying terrorism and self-defense. Your attempt to equate support for Ukraine's self-defense against Russian aggression with terrorism is a false equivalence. Terrorism is defined by acts of violence targeted at civilians to achieve political aims, whereas state-to-state support in conflicts, like that of Iran for Palestinian groups, involves a range of motivations and methods, some of which include recognized terrorist activities.

You're misusing terminology and oversimplifying global politics. Your use of pejorative nicknames and simplifications obscures the complexity of international relations, the varied motivations of state and non-state actors, and the serious consequences of terrorism and conflict. Your use of terms like "Genocide Joe" or "Radical Islamist Terrorists" as broad-brush labels detracts from a nuanced understanding of the issues.

Overall, while you attempt to critique U.S. and allied policies regarding terrorism and the Middle East, you do so through a lens of conspiracy and oversimplification that misrepresents the complexities of international relations, the nature of terrorism, and the actions of the countries involved.

Apparently Giftedone is not so gifted in the serious argument department.

Is you who has no serious argument mate .. let us not be projecting your failings onto others.

I am not the one equating terrorism and self defense -- that is all you .. the Ukraine attacks on the homeland of the foreign occupier the same self defense as the Hamas attacks on a foreign occupier . what part of foreign occupier was tough for you to understand.

Your claim that IS was not the Obama Biden Proxy army fighting Assad -- complete nonsense on steroids -- a massive genocide which rests squarely on the shoulders of Genocide Joe .. your knowledge of the conflict in Syria woefully lacking.

What part of Genocide Joe loves radical Islamist terrorists groups .. were you unclear about .. "Broad Brush Label" my backside .. Do you not understand Al Qaeda - ISIS -- and related spawn are Radical Islamist Terror groups. Did you not understand the fact that it was Iran who was fighting these groups for most of the last decade ... and Obama-lama who was arming .. supporting and loving these groups. .. and your good friend Genocide Joe.

The support of Hamas and Palestine the two are not separable. Is not based on progressivism war anything like that it's actually Karl Marx sort of stuff. They view the Palestinians as an underclass fighting against oppressor. And Karl Marx believed that the oppressed were always the moral better.

Also you have the dynamic of the Israeli capitalist free society versus the more communistic controlled Palestinian society. But I think that's secondary and maybe not even that high.

Another component of this is leftists in our country are removed from reality and they see Palestinians as brown people. White people and this isn't the case they're all the same race. It is a religious and cultural conflict.

It's not progressive because they're supporting antiquated broken ideas of Karl Marx that's regressive. Oh this is backward failed principles that we all know failed we saw it fail multiple times and there were fields of bodies left due to its failure.

What he's doing is he's being condescending. Nobody does that if they have a the moral high ground be the intellectual high ground, they do that as a defense against a weak position.

I need time someone attacks you personally you're understanding of a definition of a word or calls you a big head to our various other things they are showing their hand.

If you support Palestine youth support Hamas Hamas is the government of Palestine. If you support the Palestinian people then you support Israel because they're fighting against the single thing that is the biggest killer of Palestinians and that's the Palestinian government.

So why would you support Christian conservatism to the extreme when it's practiced in Palestine is it just because it's Muslim there and Muslim is not Christian?

I simply just don’t think it is just to kill innocent women and children because of the actions of a terrorist group.

But you can have the option that it is fine.
The biggest killer of Palestinians is Israel at the moment

yes there are tragedies of war but the work could be over tomorrow if Palestine decided Jews have the right to exist. What are they supposed to do just let Palestine bomb them into non-existentance?

We can't use surgical warfare that's not a reality. Especially with a proof that routinely hides behind innocent women and children to protect itself.
no it's real would be at peace with them if they decided that they didn't have to go from the river to the Sea.

Peace could be achieved to tomorrow immediately.

    upload_2024-3-31_19-3-35.png

If you can look at that chart and believe that the Israel’s are being “bombed into non-existence” then — as usual — we will just have to agree to disagree.

One is a terrorist organization that received low 40% support a half a decade ago and stopped allowing elections by killing their opponents, the other is one of the most advanced militaries on Earth.

    They are not the same

Hamas wants to reman a fighting force and use the international "guilt community" to force Israel to stop trying to defeat them.
It would be easier and make much more sense if Hamas's surrendered.
You know Hamas is working with Iran for resupplies as we speak.
