If JS did the same thing as Trump, then he should face the same legal action. My question is whether or not Trump's following will stop whining about legal warfare if he does.

 

So anytime someone sells something for more than they paid for it its illegal. Got it.

 

Per James, she campaigned "to get Trump". She doesn't care about the law, evidence, or truth. She is consumed with TDS.

So, Trump got some loans and paid them back with interest. That mean old man. So, Stewart reached deep into the pocket of an innocent buyer and ripped him off. Good for Stewart. Hard to believe a lefty liberal like Stewart would want to make such a large profit. But then he'll tell you that he's going to "trickle down" some of the profit to the poor. No wait, he doesn't like trickle down economics. Maybe he's really just a greedy rich capitalist who talks like an ultra liberal socialist. Yeah, that description fits a lot of politicians.

It doesn't matter what others do or do not do - fraud is fraud, regardless.

No one ever said that Mar-a-Lago should be valued at $18 million. What was stated is that Trump donated a conservation easement in order to reduce his property taxes - to $18 to $27 million. Noting that his market value amounts were 2,300% higher than these tax values does NOT at all mean that the market value should be the same as the property taxes. It does, however, serve as an introduction to the multiple ways in which Trump's valuations were fraudulent, whatever the actual amounts he came up with - a fact that is amply demonstrated in 222 pages of fine detail.

Note also, as a general matter that there are clear legal requirements regarding the veracity of business documents which, again, apply regardless of whatever actions other parties do or do not take.

'City Council calls for investigation of District Attorney Sandra Doorley'

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Members of Rochester City Council have written a letter to New York State Attorney General Letitia James calling for an investigation into the conduct of Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley.

This follows officer-worn, body-camera footage of the incident was released to the public Friday, showing Doorley repeatedly invoking her position as district attorney and refusing to follow orders.

“This incident has led us to question her fitness to serve as District Attorney, and we believe an investigation by your office is warranted,” the letter reads.

The letter also explained that as public officials, City Councilmembers and District Attorney alike are held to the highest standards of ethics, accountability, and respect for the law.

“The behavior exhibited by Ms. Doorley during the traffic stop, as captured in the body camera footage, appears to violate these standards,” the letter reads. “Such behavior undermines the credibility and integrity of our justice system and erodes public trust.”
