I did not say there were not victims or that there were not 'effects', I said that Israel is capable of handling those needs because it has not been invaded by an enemy army with the trops, the tanks, and all those planes dropping tons of explosives to 'soften' the target cities . That is because there is no Gazan army to do the invading. There is no Gazan air force to drop bombs, and no Gazan navy to blockaide Israeli ports and turn trucks away. There is no famine to warrant an aide package. I appologize. Maybe you are not smart enough to see the difference between what goes on in a massive military invasion, and a total blockade of all trade and shutdown at all the borders, and what does on with enemy rocket fire and drone attacks alone.

    Nice try. Futile though.

The Ynetnews article is from November 2023. The i24 News article is from March 2024 and contains new and updated information.

Did Israel need help in caring for Israeli victims in Israel? What did you hope Red Cross would do?

The hostages are mentioned in every single contemplation of a cease fire or end to this genocide.

As for feeding the hostages, I'm a little surprised you bring that up. Starving Palestinians are being killed by the IDF for trying to get food. At least 200 aid workers have been killed by the IDF. Then YOU come on here and moan about how Israelis may not be well enough fed, while Israeli policy involves starving BABIES to death.

Why wouldn't Israel need help? Why wouldn't Israeli victims and their families be entitled to official international recognition of their plight?

Did you know that the Red Cross is regularly visiting Palestinians in Israeli prisons? Why didn't the Red Cross even try to visit Israeli hostages in Gaza?

Mentioned, sure. So what? Nobody is trying to help them. The UN has been eerily silent about the horrific rapes, torture, kidnappings and killing of Israelis.

I've been reading all over the internet about starving Palestinians in Gaza since 2007. I'm confused. Have they been starving all this time, or is starvation a brand-new phenomenon created by the current war?

Even if what you say is true, which is far from proven, there's no justification for starving hostages. Those who can't afford to feed hostages shouldn't keep them, according to your oh-so-precious international humanitarian law that apparently applies only to non-Israelis.

Are you saying Israel is capable and should be expected to address the needs of the civilians in Gaza?

I am saying they are absolutely capable of dealing with their own humanitarian issues of Israelis. Israelis do not need a major humanitarian 'aid' package from Congress as Gazans do.

Israel is also responsible for the destruction their bombs do, the starvation their war causes etc. If they cannot mitigate their harm via providing access to aide workers, and ensuring civilian targets are not chosen, and keeping medical hospitals functioning , while pursuing their enemy, they need to pause -a cease-fire until they find different tactics that will not target so many innocents, that will allow for food and shelter. Their war against hamas is not the highest priority here anymore. Saving civilian lives eventually has to take precidence

Israel isn't even engaging the various military groups in Gaza.

The IDF has spent its time destroying universities, hospitals, residences, and ensuring starvation throughout Gaza and destroying anything resembling civil infrastructure - water, electricity, fuel, etc.

At Shifa, the IDF focused on killing patients and doctors and ensuring that the facility was a burned out hulk, no longer useful in treating any of the 10s of thousands of wounded. They executed aid workers. The ran over civilians with tanks and tractors.

Is THAT what Israel boasts about in Israel's media? Does Israel broadcast snuff film of IDF killing patients?

The IDF stays on the surface, yet the defense of Gaza is coming from underground.

So far, the IDF has not accomplish even one objective of war. All there is is starvation of civilians, bombing of civilians, eradication of healthcare.

And, they've lost the faith and trust of nations around the entire world - nations that have a sense of morality.

    Yes.

It’s futile for me to ever expect an Israeli supporter to provide the name of the one year old or two year old or admit they made a mistake.

    Because Israel would kill them.
No rape, no torture of Israelis.
    Stop reading Hasbara.
    Israel does this.
Gaza is not considered to be a state actor under international law. Israel is responsible for all of it.

These sporadic rocket attacks by resistance groups are likely not random. They're likely responses to west bank settlers conquering new land and displacement, killing or imprisonment of west bank palestinians.

When did we fire those rockets? We fired them when Israel began its aggression and its war on Gaza. That means we did that under the right of self-defense. One last point: when Hamas possesses smart and highly accurate rockets, you’ll see that it will only strike military targets - hamas spokesperson.

Interesting that you mention nir Oz. From all of my studies, this appeared to be the kibbutz that was most impacted by the Hannibal directive. You should read the story about Efrat Katz, she was a Jewish activist that had many palestinian friends, she lived there and died there on October 7. Her granddaughter gave an interview detail exactly what happened that day. If you're REALLY after the truth, start there. iNearly cried when iRead her story.

JERUSALEM, April 5 (Reuters) - One of the hostages seized by Hamas gunmen during their attack on Israeli communities around Gaza on Oct. 7 was probably killed by an Israeli helicopter gunship that was responding to the attack, the military said on Friday.

Also kibbutz beeri is where Hannibal also appeared, as testified by y@smin por@t.

10 months is not 1 year old.

The baby who died due to miscarriage is on my list which you obviously didn’t read before dismissing.

Still waiting for the 1-year-old and 2- year-old.

I've never mentioned a one year old. You asked for the names of the youngest victims.

    Omer was two years old.
    https://www.timesofisrael.com/terro...family-sheltering-in-kibbutz-nir-oz-saferoom/

The baby didn't die due to miscarriage. His mother was on the way to the hospital to give birth when the terrorists shot her in the belly. She died and the baby only survived for 14 hours.

    Here's what I said.
    Here's how you replied . . .
Technically, no you didn't. But that was the entire point of the post you replied to and disagreed with.

Maybe you should read posts before you reply to them,
    No he was four.

Go back and read your own posts. You already listed him as 4. Or are you bothering to read your own posts before posting them?

    Here's yet another source.

Omer and Omar: How two 4-year-olds were killed and social media denied it - BBC News

I've got 4 (5 including the one you gave). You've got one which was written too quickly to get any of the ages right.
You're right. The baby did survive outside the womb so it was not a miscarriage.

However, you might be upset to learn that the Bedouin mother survived.

    Good point.

It is the Zionism that is the problem. There are many citizens of Israel who are opposed to the Zionism we see.

Just look at the size of demonstrations against Netanyahu in Israel.

Israel is defending its civilians and by default the civilians of Gaza who Hamas to be eradicated. The naval blockade and border controls were not implemented until Hamas began to launch rockets into Israeli neighborhoods in 2007 which is an act of war and a war crime. The only way to eradicate Hamas who hides in tunnels and underground shelters is by smart bombs and air strikes. And then through mop up operations putting the lives of IDF soldiers at great risk.

Hiw many times does this have to be repeated. Wake up!!!

Demonstrations against leadership is allowed in Israel. What happens to demonstrators against Hamas in Gaza.

Let's hope that now Israeli government is finally taking responsibility, albeit only when UK special forces are killed, that truth can begin to blossom on here alone .

We've surely given up on MSM, whom we know that by omitting the crucial details about October 7, are therefore affirming we are right in our observations and independent journalism.
