Good idea. Let's politically compromise SCOTUS some more. Why not. It is already screwed with toxic political hacks. Blame your Founding Fathers, and that archaic document which is stuffing the USA at its core.

No it doesn't, and your inane partisan rant is irrelevant, but what I find sad is how far we've gone down the partisan rabbit hole as a nation when we have to get "our" people into positions before our opponents can take over and try to do the same.
It used to be that SCOTUS candidates were chosen for their legal abilities and character rather than their partisan allegiance and would approach the work with honor and devotion to justice, but since trump packed the court with extremist partisan hacks with limited legal abilities, the scotus has become just another degenerate institution that trump has soiled by his touch.
So far, everything that trump touches has turned to ****.

If Democrats would put a guy like Joe Biden in the White House, they wouldn't think twice about putting Kamala on the Supreme Court. With Democrats its all about achieving the agenda, they don't care what kind of creeps they have to have in office to push the buttons and throw the switches. And just like we've seen Biden do what he's been told to do by Democrat power brokers, Kamala will do the same thing if she's put on the Supreme Court.

    No worries...
Harris WON'T be put on the SC...
Even the mention of such a thing is just another comically misguided conspiracy...
Bigfoot being nominated for the next vacancy is more likely...

Will be interesting to see if Sotomayer puts her dignity above the Party.

Sonia Sotomayor owes everything (EVERYTHING) to the Democrat Party. If the party insiders tell her it's time to go, she'll GO... make book on that!

There are those who would say that Obama "soiled" the Supreme Court by putting Sotomayor and Kagan on it. Sotomayor was a big-wig in the America-hating, radical La Raza 'Latino' faction. Kagan was a government-employed shill who was already on record as supporting Democrat Party policies.

One man's hero is another man's villain....

How to argue like a right winger:
Page 1. Bring in a lot of speculation and theorising with lots of conditionals
Page 2. Argue and get outraged as if the speculations and conditionals were now established facts!

I have zero doubt that there are people that would like to make sure they get in a group of fresh young justices to make sure the debacle of RBG never happens again. How you segue from that to your loopy scenario, I have really no idea.

Oh, maybe delusional paranoia that the right is so fond of (Obama is going to install martial law for a third term, Bill Clinton will run as Hillary VP and then have her killed (or she retires) so that he become president, Newsome will be installed as the candidate before 2024 etc...)

Will give you 30-1 odds on that proposition. What do you want to wager? time off from PF, donation to a charity etc... you name it.

Oh and btw, you don't need to be a lawyer or have a law degree to be on the Supreme Court.

The Democratic Socialist Party would expect nothing less. Individualism is greatly discouraged. If Sotomayer does not comply she knows the Party will destroy her and her family.

Kamala can go hunting and shoot her lawyer, then conservative will say Kamala is as intelligent as Dick Cheney.

Why Jackson is stupid? I know you don’t look skin color but only accomplishment.

So here are some of Jackson’s accomplishment

    • Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude from Harvard
    • JD from Harvard
    • supervising editor of the Harvard Law Review
    • United States district judge for the District of Columbia from 2013-2021

I know Paul Ryan is RINO today but here is what Paul Ryan had to say about her in 2012

Republican U.S. Representative Paul Ryan introduced Jackson at her December 2012 confirmation hearing and said, "Our politics may differ, but my praise for Ketanji's intellect, for her character, for her integrity, it is unequivocal.

So do tell us why she is stupid.

After all that education, she still doesn't know what a woman is. How crazy is that? I personally support judges who defend womens' rights, which is pretty hard to do if she doesn't know what one is.

No one would seriously infer that Ketanji Jackson is "stupid".

The anger that has festered in the minds of many about her should be focused on Joe Biden instead! Why? Because it was Biden who dictatorially pronounced in the worst kind of unfair, un-American way that he wouldn't even consider anyone for the vacant seat on the Supreme Court but a Negro woman... period! It's not Ketanji's fault that she is a Negro woman....

I don't make wagers with someone who can't even be troubled to spell Gavin Newsom's name correctly. :roflol:

Why is the radical Left so allergic to the rather intriguing hypothetical scenario I've ventured, purely as speculation? Are they afraid that someone has "peeped their hole-card"? After all, it's merely an 'opinion'... don't freak out....

I have no great mind-reading talent, and I've never claimed to be psychic -- but -- I know how to observe the liberal Left's use of "trial-balloons". Typically, after they let enough farts, eventually you'll find their pile of ****....

After the leaking of the Dobbs decision, I imagine the shocked face of the Judges are getting a bit worn.
