Very much so... we have testimony and a report to back up my claim.. Biden had documents stored in at least 7 different locations..... Biden left office Jan 2017 and Penn Biden opened Feb. 2018, do the math...
Yes.... Biden knowingly and willingly withheld classified document for AT LEAST 7 YEARS...

    Whatshu got? Nuttin honey....

Delaware... tell us how a senator had classified documents.... not unless he stole them out of a SCIF... and VP's cannot declassify.... which president Trump could and did before he left office..

""The boxes of files referenced in that figure are actually Biden’s Senate papers""
one would think that after you post so many false things you would just stop posting your misinformation and propaganda... the papers uncovered after Biden failed to notify classified documents contained only a few housed at University of Delaware..

Read um and weep my liberal friend... this just a start...

I had boxes of documents from when I owned a business. None were classified. Do you have a point?

Not really. Seeing a man with the full weight of a corrupt politically weaponized legal system being brought on down on him is a depressing thing to watch. I think anyone would act erratic under such pressure. Anyway, good luck in trying to ruin the good moods of people you disagree with. I hope your mission is successful!

yeah, his speech patterns are annoying. less so than Biden. I want more Trump judges and less affirmative action Biden appointees

Yes. They were classified documents from when he was a senator decades ago. Unprotected for decades with no record of who might have seen them. That is the worse kind of security breach.

Ever heard of the old adage, 'you reap what you sew', or 'the crows have come home to roost'?

Everything that is happening to Trump is because of his actions.

Such as screwing thousands out of millions in a fake university scam and his having to settle for $25,000,000 restitution.

Such as his embezzling funds for private use from his charity, for which he had to pay a $2,000,000 fine, and his charity was closed down for 'illegal activity'.

Such as his aiding his son in law score a $25,000,000 management fee as blood money from the murderous Mohammed Bin Salman ostensibly for his doing favors for MBS and his kid glove treatment of him for his butchering of Jamal Khashoggi.

Such as paying a porn star and a playmate $250k to keep quiet about his fornicating with them just after his newly wed wife gave birth, so the electorate wouldn't find out about it.

Such as concocting a phony elector scheme, delaying the joint session of congress in the hopes of throwing the vote to the house where he knew he had a two state majority in the delegations, trying to twist the arms of election officials in swing states to trade Biden electors for Trump electors, meaning, it would keep him in power, all of which turned about to be illegal resulting in 2 indictments.

Such as a high number of his aids and associates, including several of his lawyers, have either resigned in disgrace, or were indicted, or were convicted, or all of the above.

I could go on, but, why bother? You're concerned about MAGA moods.

yeah beating Saint Hillary of Ark earned him the the howling fury of all her minions and fan boys. Putting a conservative judge on the supreme court rather than hard core fascist Merrick Garland was another thing that sent the hysterics into orbit. And noting that mail in ballots had no way of being checked for integrity really got the Democrat vote harvesters in a tizzy. Have you ever told us what exact issues cause your virulent disgust with Trump and your constant proselytizing for Saint Joe?

    I can't take you seriously.
    You haven't been paying attention?
    Try this one, of many:
    http://politicalforum.com/index.php...-eh-not-so-fast.617939/page-4#post-1074744424

    As for the vote:

I agree with the Green Party 95%
I agree with the Dem party 88%

Of the two, only Dems have a large enough caucus in all the legislatures across america to get anything done, so I go with them.

    I vote the ticket.

I tried conservatism in the 80s, got disgusted with Republican lies.

Hell, if I believed half of what Republicans say about Democrats, I'd still be a Republican.

I posted my political philosophy a few years back:

Not from a security standpoint. From a security standpoint, the longer they were not secured and the effectiveness of the security are the important factors.

Important not to ignore the FACT that HE brought all this on HIMSELF. Pity him if you want. But recognize that HE is responsible for getting himself into these situations. He might have gotten himself into more than he bargained for. He is being held to account. As he should be
He has not learned and will not learn that he can't do whatever HE wants, when he wants and hurt others along the way. (be they peple or institutions, or the systems that have held this nation together. No need to allow idol worship to get in the way of coloring one's judgement. He has never been an ethical peson. He has bent the law to his advantage for years.....and that did not stop while he held the most important office of the land. His personality disorder cannot be treated. It has to be contained.(legally)

That is not the only issue. It is the matter of principle. Why the juvenile behavior of resisting returning what did NOT belong to him?? His conduct made NO RATIONAL sense. Those docs were not his keepsakes.

How can anyone with integrity defend his conduct?? It becomes nothing more than silly splitting hairs.

From a security standpoint, it appears that Biden's actions were more of a security risk than Trump's.
I have not defended his conduct. My only defense of him has been that the country was better off under Trump than Biden for key issues. I would prefer that neither of them become president. Our country can do better than this.

    So, tyranny to prevent tyranny.

No, that isn't what I said. Reread the post.

"by any legal justifiable means', I've made that claim in a number of posts, regarding Trump.

Last time I checked, 'tyranny' is extralegal.

If that was what I said, both of you would have a point.

But, last time I checked, demagoguing other's words is what tyrants do.

    How quaint.

Wow, Trump is more powerful than the United States? Is he a super genius or what's gives him this dragon status and how did the Super Power, USA, end up like a like small village under Biden's watch?

Noone should definitely be looking for new lawyers if that were the case.
T***** got a quarter of the vote in NYC in 2020, even if randomly picked the jurors, also registered voters, should be at least 3 who voted for T**** and since the defense gets to participate in jury selection "at least" is the operative here. It only takes one to acquit. NYC prosecutors believe that the evidence will turn even the former T**** voters.

No they weren't. Tens of thousands of people had easy access to where Trump stored the thousands of documents. Not the case with Biden's garage

If someone is pulled over by a police officer for speeding and is given a ticket, should they be excused because they point out to the officer the other motorists in other vehicles passing them at illegal high speed?
