Hamas is not saying "from the river to the see". The Likud charter says that. Netanyahu says that. Yoav Galant says that.

The Hamas plan is for a staged reduction including prisoner swap, and withdrawal, leading to an end to Israel's war on Gaza.

That means full access to their waters, full travel, full exports and imports, and the rebuilding by Gaza of their airport.

If Israel wants to continue building a defensive wall on their land facing Gaza, they have no objection.

I sincerely hope Israel can make the changes to their government required to end their decades of war on Gaza - especially in rejection of genocide as a method of war.

    This is nonsense.

Israel has made war on Gaza for 20 years without respite and with no willingness to negotiate.

Gaza is asking for no more than an end to that war. You can see that in the ceasefire plan they offered.

Israel, on the other had, demands that the war continue, with Netanyahu demanding that there be no Palestinians in Gaza.

In 1948 the Arabs chose armed resistance to the Jews' ethnic cleansing of 700,000 indigenous Palestinians from their homes, businesses, bank accounts, and farms; 76 years later the Jews are salivating over beachfront condos on the ruins of Gaza.

    https://www.aljazeera.com/features/2017/5/23/the-nakba-did-not-start-or-end-in-1948

"Every year on May 15, Palestinians around the world, numbering about 12.4 million, mark the Nakba, or “catastrophe”, referring to the ethnic cleansing of Palestine and the near-total destruction of Palestinian society in 1948."

"Between 1947 and 1949, at least 750,000 Palestinians from a 1.9 million population were made refugees beyond the borders of the state.

"Zionist forces had taken more than 78 percent of historic Palestine, ethnically cleansed and destroyed about 530 villages and cities, and killed about 15,000 Palestinians in a series of mass atrocities, including more than 70 massacres."

What percentage of "at least 750,000 Palestinians"... "willingly left" properties they had owned for generations? 15,000 Palestinians were murdered resisting Israel's ethnic cleansing; how many of their descendants are entitled to a right of return?

I am always amazed why people who don't know the subject express their opinion, but IMHO opinion everyone have the right to be ignorant!

    18. The following are considered null and void: the Balfour Declaration, the British Mandate Document, the UN Palestine Partition Resolution, and whatever resolutions and measures that derive from them or are similar to them. The establishment of “Israel” is entirely illegal and contravenes the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people and goes against their will and the will of the Ummah;

Hamas believes that no part of the land of Palestine shall be compromised or conceded, irrespective of the causes, the circumstances and the pressures and no matter how long the occupation lasts. Hamas rejects any alternative to the full and complete liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea.

That is a 7 year old document found in an archive account.

There is no indication of what influence this document has or ever had.

There is not doubt that Palestine sees the very existence of Israel as illegal, as there was no legal justification or logic that included Palestinians in the theft of their territory to form the state of Israel. NO people subjected in that way would accept such an act is legitimate.

BUT, the stated direction of Palestine has LONG been for negotiated borders and peaceful coexistence of the two state solution. In other words, the total illegality of Israel's existence is not opposed by Palestine. In fact, President Abbas has worked for inclusion of Gaza in a single government that is restricted to peaceful means exclusively. That was blocked by Israel, as Israel's evaluation was that such a unification was likely to happen.

You can see Palestine's direction in the leadership of President Abbas, who has consistently worked toward negotiation, consistency with UN principles, and who has worked with the IDF for reduction of violence, even as Israel continues to bulldoze the homes of Palestinians throughout the West Bank.

Now, we see Israelis in West Bank shooting Palestinians who are driving on roads without weapons and posing no threat - and with no Israeli legal action.

Yes, that is the history as told by people that keep trying to genocide the Jews and destroy the one Jewish state on Earth, as opposed to some 40 Muslim majority states. My own understanding of the history comes from the types of people from one state, the one Jewish state on Earth and it comes off as much more credible in context (that surrounding Arab Muslim nations tried to destroy this one state at inception). Makes the alternate version of history uncredible.

Once again, the many years of President Abbas in West Bank demonstrates how FAKE this claim is.

Digging through history to find claims to charge Palestinians today is an absolutely scum bag direction to take.

Wow. You underlined and capitalized fake, so only your interpretation of history must be correct.
ITMT, human history is full of aggression. I grew up in an area that a tribe called "Black Feet" used to own. Should I turn my house over to anyone claiming lineage to that tribe today? Of course not as the land and area have been radically developed by me and mine for more than twenty years (more like 200 at this point). We have taken constructive ownership of the area.

So what is the best, fairest, most humane way to deal with the current situation in Gaza? Israel, which has taken constructive ownership of the region in the last 70 years and developed it and is the only Jewish state on Earth, should annex the area and disperse the Hamastinians to the 40+ Muslim majority were they will be assimilated and have good, prosperous lives. Things will be better even for them.

Sounds like the best course of action here. Or let the Hamasinians continue to gang rape, kidnap, terrorize and target civilians and murder them, which doesn't sound humane for anyone.

That "one Jewish state on Earth" came from the Zionist movement.
From its earliest days Zionism was dedicated to transforming Palestine into a Jewish majority state; there were ten times as many non-Jews as Jews living in Palestine at that time.
Population transfer or ethnic cleansing was how Zionists planned to transform Palestine into a Jewish majority state.
Zionist terrorists began their campaign of ethnic cleansing in Palestine months before the UN Partition Plan came into effect.
Arabs mobilized to prevent the terrorists from taking all the land of Mandate Palestine in 1948.
October 7th gave the Jews license to continue their century-long campaign of ethnic cleansing in Palestine.
Unless you believe Jews have the right to steal the land of non-Jews, it doesn't matter how many Arab majority states exist on this planet.
Palestinian Arabs owned property in Palestine before the Jewish state was imposed on them; they are entitled to return to that property or to be compensated for their loss.

Yes, the Hamastinians should move on. They've got some 40+ muslim majority nations to which they can disperse.

I don't know what kind of movement allowed me to buy and develop my home on land that used to belong to the Black Feet tribe but in a world with a history of aggression what is the fairest, most just and humane way to handle things at this point? Do I give the home I bought and developed back to anyone claiming to Black Feet lineage? Of course not. It's called "constructive ownership".
What is the best, most humane thing to do after 70 years of Muslim aggression against the one Jewish state? I would write, Israel, which has taken constructive ownership of the region in the last 70 years and developed it and is the only Jewish state on Earth, should annex the area and disperse the Hamastinians to the 40+ Muslim majority nations where they will be assimilated and have good, prosperous lives. Things will be better even for them.

It really doesn't matter how the Hamastinians got to where they are today. They've managed to do their part in keeping a cycle of violence going and Gaza is now a terrible place for them to live.

The cycle of violence must stop. Dispersing the Hamastinians will get us there and everyone will be better off.

Sorry, but your post is a non sequitur. The parents of the children killed in Gaza really did vote in the government that got them killed.

Certainly the Arab version of history attempts to hide the fact that they rejected a peaceful solution in 1947 and they themselves started a war that turned out badly for them, and has yielded defeat after defeat ever since. The Palestinians are the authors of their own calamity.

I think we are living in different universes.
In my universe you need to show evidence, in your universe no evidence is need to believe the story. For example I showed a link to Hamas chapter, and you just said “That is a 7 year old document found in an archive account” without showing any proof that there is a new Hamas chapter and people in your universe will believe you.

Yes, there were negotiations between Israel and Palestinian Authority, which Hamas declared as illegal and responded with suicide attack in Israel. At the end PA rejected Rabin, Barack and Olmert peace proposals:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli–Palestinian_peace_process

In my universe those are the main difference between Palestinians and Israelis:
When Jewish settlers kills civilian Palestinians – they are considered criminals and prosecuted, when Palestinians kill Israeli civilians, they are considered a freedom fighters and receive PA awards:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestinian_Authority_Martyrs_Fund

This is an example from my universe:
On 12 June 2014, the three Israeli teenagers were abducted and murdered by Hamas members Marwan Qawasmeh and Amer Abu Aisha. Both Hamas members were found by Israel and killed during an attempt to arrest them. Hamas paid thousands of shekels as reword to families of killed Hamas members.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Gush_Etzion_kidnapping_and_murder

As the revenge of the killings of Israeli teenagers on 2 July a 16-year-old Palestinian boy Mohammed Abu Khdeir, was abducted and killed by 3 Israelis. Israelis were caught and sentenced - one minors was given life imprisonment, the other was sentenced to serve 21 years, the adult who organized the kidnapping was sentenced to life in prison and an additional 20 years.
The victim Mohammed Abu Khdeir was recognized by Israel as a victim of terrorism, a move which entitled the family to financial compensation.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Gush_Etzion_kidnapping_and_murder

Of course this is what happens in my universe, in your universe different things happens. I am sure in your universe ‘from the river to the sea Palestine must be free’ means that in Muslim Caliphate Palestinians will be free, especially women, gays, lesbians, atheists and apostates.

In your universe Israelis in West Bank shooting Palestinians who are driving on roads without weapons, in my universe in West Bank mostly Palestinians shooting or throwing stones on Israeli cars and buses:

The beating we took will sting for years to come. The international ostracism won't go away. And, of course, the dead won't be coming back. Nor will many of the hostages. We've lost. Truth must be told

'We constantly tell ourselves about an imaginary deadline – April, May, September 1 – and if Hezbollah keeps it up until then, we’ll give it a thorough shellacking. The deadline keeps being pushed back. The border region remains empty. The deceit continues. There now seems to be a high probability that for years, anyone driving along the border will be a target. Tel Hai will fall again.

Rafah is the newest bluff that the mouthpieces are plying to fool us and make us think that victory is just moments away. By the time they enter Rafah, the actual event will have lost its significance. There may be an incursion, perhaps a tiny one, sometime – say in May. After that, they’ll peddle the next lie, that all we have to do is ________ (fill in the blank), and victory will be on its way. The reality is that the war’s aims will not be achieved. Hamas will not be eradicated. The hostages will not be returned through military pressure. Security will not be reestablished.'

The hostages were never going to be returned. Once upon a time the Israelis said, "Every Israeli is a front line soldier." That remains true whether it is said or not.

Do you know when the Blackfeet Nation lost their land to genocidal greedy white supremacists?

Was it before of after some 75 million human beings perished during WWII?

In fact, ethnic cleansing, collective punishment, and genocide really does matter since those war crimes explain why Palestinians "...are where they are today." You seem to believe Jews are entitled to steal the property of non-Jews. Does such ethnic privilege apply only between the River and the sea or should such entitlement occur in your hometown?

The cycle of violence will stop when the racist, apartheid state of Israel disappears like White South Africa and Nazi Germany.
