The problem is that % increase numbers aren't meaningful unless we know the base line. A 900% increase over a case of one is 900 cases which, when compared to millions of vaccinated people would be considered trivial. We would need to know not only the base line but the normal occurence of these problems.

Statistics are usually used to support an ideology when politics is involved. A perfect example is the charts showing monumental increases in the global temperature. But the charts are set up in hundredths of a degree which not only is trivial but probably beyond the accuracy of the temp measurements. Statistics can inform or mislead. I remember seeing a chart that had a steep climb during recent years which totaled 5 one hundredths of one degree. It is important to know the difference. Take statistics of political issues with all the salt you can stand.

 

How many of these incidents have been thoroughly investigated by the CDC?

We are talking about a small subset here and myocarditis has always been rare so if you have only 2 instances before and now have 5 what percentage increase does that show? They re still low numbers though so the increase could be simply random

 

These are not small numbers. And it is the responsibility of the CDC and FDA to investigate each and every VAERS incident report. BTW ~ 35% of adverse effects experienced after vaccination were not reported.

 

I think CDC could be the last place you want these things investigated. It is a government agency beholden to the politics within government and, therefore, is unreliable. By the way, how do we know these conditions occurred only because of a vaccination and not because of something else? I suggest we don't know. I recommend ignoring all statistics surrounding COVID. They are all burdened with political ideology. Time to let it go. Covid is over.and now endemic.

We don't know. The purpose of VAERS is to report incidents. It is the responsibility of the CDC and FDA to investigate each incident. That is the way the system works. These reports are not politically motivated. They are part of the system put in place after the "National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 when the government removed financial liability from the pharmaceutical companies for injuries from vaccines and placed it on taxpayers".

The statement at the top of your attachment states the requirement by law. The person had an unexpected adverse reaction to something she had done routinely in the past. The CDC and FDA are required to investigate and presumably issued a directive that persons should not consume alcohol for a period of time after receiving a shingles vaccine.

 

Death rates are way up here in Canada.

Obviously the Covid 19 vaccine is one important reason.
