Iran launches dozens of drones toward Israel

The Ramon air base was used in Israel's strike against the Iranian consulate in Syria. Iran used a dozen of its hypersonic Kheibar Shekan ballistic missile with a separable warhead to successfully evade Israeli air defenses and hit the base. The rest of the projectiles, drones, and older missiles were fired to keep Israeli, American and French air defenses busy and give Israel a clear warning that any action by the US/Israel against Iran will be met with decisive force. Although most of the latter slow moving systems were intercepted by US and Israeli air defenses, at least half a dozen significant military hits from those systems were reported as well.

 

Flaccid. Please step it up a bit. We need a more formidable excuse. I'm concerned this was so lame it could be ignored completely. It has to be sufficient to warrant the eradication of Iran. You must do better. At least to the point where Israel isn't the aggressor.

Iran's attack was only for show. If Iran wanted to carry out a serious attack they would have coordinated it with Hezbollah launching tens of thousands of missiles fully overwhelming the Iron Dome capability.

 

Well if that was the intent it was a pretty good measured response. Fairly well coordinated. I'm not sure if it was enough to allow us free reign. We will have to see. As a measured response it came right up near the line. Perhaps Iran is more astute than I thought. We will see.

Hopefully Bibi doesn't do something stupid and expand the conflict. Our idiot politicians are drooling over the chance to profit off further Raytheon and Lockheed sales. We need to ban any politician to ever own defense related stocks during or after their term in office. I bet that would dry up these idiotic conflicts.

 

Are you saying the young boy doesn't have a good reason to want vengeance? Are you saying the mafia family was in the right? If you are saying that Israel has been acting like the mafia, well, you have that part right. I don't agree with Hamas methods, but I do agree with their cause. It has been shown that Iran helped plan Oct 7. They will have the blame on this and we should hit them hard as hell on their own ground for this attack.

Are you kidding me? Israel bombed their embassy. Iran knew that nothing they sent was going to get through Israeli defenses. Iran had to do something as a symbolic counter to Israel’s aggression. This conflict should be done now. They had their tit for tat. If Israel strikes back, it is just going to escalate a conflict that should be done with.

 

Iran's embassy in Syria was not hit, it was a "diplomatic facility" and it was not located in Iran.

 

Biden told Iran "Don't". Guess what, they did. So what will Biden do now? Beg Netanyahu to stop killing Hamas terrorists?

 

Iran's missiles hit their targets with precision and accuracy. Don't buy into the propaganda. 4 IDF bases were hit (2 Israeli air bases with the IDF only confirming the hit on the Nevatim base even though the Ramon base was hit even harder), an Israeli military base in the Golan and an Israeli base in Arad. I have no doubt too had Trump been president that the 4-8 Solar Eclipse would have been even more bigly spectacular and the earth would never have dared to quake in New Jersey.

 

An important building in Tehran (don't know which one) will probably be leveled.

 

I wonder if they will take out either a nuclear installation or a drone factory.
