Man breaks woman's nose on subway, released w/o bail, punches a 9yr old girl in the face

Are women in NYC seriously still voting blue? Looks like they aren't as smart as I thought!
This guy broke a WOMAN'S nose in the subway last year, released on NO BAIL and then goes on to punch a NINE YEAR OLD GIRL in the face, right in front of the mother!

A man arrested for punching a random 9-year-old girl in New York City’s Grand Central station on Saturday had been released without bail in early April for allegedly breaking a woman’s nose in a similar assault.

Here's the biggest shocker.......HE ISN'T WHITE! When I first say the headline I was thinking right away "must be an evil white MAGA dude, but nope!"



Do the turds running NYC not think its a big deal to punch a woman in the face? Why was he let out with no bail just to go on to do the same thing again but this time to a little girl!

Apparently when this guy broke a 54 year old woman's nose in a random attack he was charged with felony assault. But NY prosecutors dropped the charge to a misdemeanor. Why would they do that????? And why is he being treated so gently after attacking a woman for no reason and breaking her nose??? If I was that woman---I'd be furious.

This is one of the maddening braindead parts of progressivism. People aren't going to commit less crimes if you go soft on criminal justice. They aren't going to stop just because some bleeding hearts want to humanize their crimes and make them out to be the victims. This is as dumb of an approach as the evangelicals who think having prayer in school will solve school shootings. Dumb dumb dumb.

 

Bragg's too busy trying to rig the election by turning expired misdemeanors into current felonies to worry about crime.

 

I saw an article in the NY Post the other day, and the leader of NY's legislature said getting tough on crime is not the way to stop crime.

The only explanation I can think of is they want those thug votes and don't care how many innocent 9 year old girls get punched in the process

Here's the even more disturbing thing. Because this happened in NYC, nobody would bother to help, not because they are bad, but because they know how they are trying to drag Daniel Penny through the mud for the crime of "protecting people while white" so of course they are just gonna sit back and watch.
In NYC, self defense against a POC is actually a HATE CRIME
