Well, first of all nature, yes nature and not God, is very messy and creates unequal conditions where someone can suffer greatly and another person might not even understand it because they aren’t suffering the same thing at all. Second, unless you’ve walked a mile in someone else’s shoes, as they say, you aren’t really in a position to judge. And also, denying someone their freedom to control their lives from grievous suffering isn’t really part of the freedom to control one’s own destiny that one might also confess in other situations.

Those are parts of your biology that are supposed to be there, and your concern that they should not be is a bona fide mental disorder for which you should seek therapy and chemical intervention. What no doctor should do is start lopping parts off of you BECAUSE you are crazy.
