Is the flood of immigrants intended to harm the United States?

I'm assuming that even 5 million immigrants will put enough
strain on housing and on unskilled employment to be considered
    a 'flood'.

Background information is the number of people who would prefer
to be at work even in low-skilled employment, is not generally
included in unemployment figures, and employment figures include
people working 3 gig jobs as three jobs and that boost the employment
    figures a lot.

So the 5 million immigrants, and estimates are as high as 44 million,
do not have jobs waiting for them.

    So who asked for them?
    Who is allowing them in?

The federal government is causing this, firmly under the control of traitors, firmly under the control of Tel Aviv and likely the Chinese too.

Just to help. Its cyclical. Bush Jr topped the 12 million mark of attempts as well.
I repeat, the best thing to do is to separate people crossing to work, particularly farm jobs, from drug smugglers. They would be temporary and go home to their families but unfortunately since the two are not treated separately it is much easier to smuggle in their families than it is to smuggle themselves out so they stay. Permanently. With their families.

Have you been to our southern border? Its not hard to 'smuggle' oneself south. You can literally walk or drive across. No one cares. Its only coming north that anyone stops you to even asks your business. Mexico needs and gets A LOT of day/weekend/vacation tourism from the US. If you stay too long, its a hefty fine (or bribe), and the horror stories of Mexican jails keeps most folks from overstaying their welcome.

I think a better approach is to require that ALL applications for immigration, asylum and VISAS be processed at offices overseas, for example, an office within our embassy offices.
This removes pressure from the border since there is no reason to be at the border. In fact, attempting to cross or to apply gets one deported and say, a 5 year ban.
The border patrol can get back to actually patrolling the border for terrorists/drug smugglers instead of babysitting desperate people.

As Tucker Carlson pointed out: How can we undo the importation of millions of people we don't need.

My guess is because the Democrats are so sure Biden is doing the right thing, then they will be
willing to give up their jobs and housing to the immigrants.

    I think that will work.

The white house. The idea is to pack the districts with greater numbers for the census. It is a form a gerrymandering. And, of course, you know about the "path to citizenship." That is a goal to make them all into voters. It isn't about asylum. It isn't about caring for displaced people from all over the world. It isn't about cheap labor. It is about political power. The reason Democrats win all the elections is that they will do anything to win them.

And who is lying to them?

Watch: Migrants Complain That New Yorkers Don't Learn African Languages
    [IMG]
Council member responds “what motivated you to come here thinking the streets are paved in gold?

'money, green cards or work visas'

'complaining that New Yorkers won’t learn Congolese languages'

    What the hell, New Yorkers?

'Migrants in NYC complain that people who live there and provide them with free services are not willing to learn hundreds of different African languages. They go on to call NYC "racist" and "shameful."'

New Yorkers, you are really disappointing them:

'migrants began complaining about the free food and housing they have been provided, saying it isn’t good enough.'

'They described the situation as “unacceptable,” and “shameful,” and even calling New York City “Anti-African, racist and Xeonophobic,” charging that the council is “responsible for this pain and suffering” that will affect migrants “for generations to come.”'

Where is Reverend Al "Not So" Sharpton?

    Bribed Joe's the problem,
RFK or Trump are the solution.

That's a ridiculous notion. The current " flood of immigrants" is due to a very troubled world seeking safety. They aren't "intended" at all.

The hate towards these desperate people is endless, and sickening. This country grew strong by encouraging the downtrodden to come and be Americans. Our local, state, and federal economies need them. This fear-based hatred is shortsighted.

So if for example Chicago decides to welcome immigrants and become a sanctuary
city, then it will grow strong.

And after that success, other cities will do the same to gain the same benefits.

You sound like someone that is over-housed! You don't need a T.V. room where you could fit 3 bunk beds/6 aliens. :)

No, the intention is to get massive Democrat voters, but it is not intend to harm the US. If it does happen to harm the US, so be it.

It has nothing to do with sanctuary cities. Do you even know what that means?

They work, they get paid, taxes are withheld. They buy local goods and services, which boosts local economies and creates jobs in retail and service.

Of course. Your president Vladimir Putin has masterminded the whole thing to harm the US. LOL

Working age. Of course. They don't come here to retire.

Perhaps the usual way US politicians work, opt for short term gain with no concern about the future.
