Did Trump care if his hush money affairs would hurt Melania and Ivanka?

It depends on if you actually want to defeat Trump and turn your country around. If you don't, then no, you don't need to do as I suggest.

In doing so, you need to be extremely careful not to make him MORE popular or appear to be unfairly attacked for political reasons.
You need to him with something that is sure to stick, and not with stuff that looks created out of political malice, as much of this does.
Your best bet would be regarding the "fake electors" as I mentioned above. If Trump actually did order the rigging of the election system, and you can prove it, that would be damning.
But they didn't prosecute him for that? Why not? Instead they go on about him banging a porn star and covering it up, raising visions of Bill Clinton in the minds of Republican voters.

Only in political attacks, which it is clearly your motivation.

A lot of it defnitely is.

And the partisan hacks for the opposing side will say any and all prosecution of him is politically motivated, no matter what.

This is the problem. Partisan hacks on both sides.

We'll just have to disagree on these points.

In fact, there is a through-line between Reagan's repeal of the fairness doctrine and the rise of polarization, which really took a downhill turn when Gingrich became speaker when the era of 'gentlemen acting in good faith' disappeared from the right wing and scorched earth hard ball politics began,. which was expounded as a major exclamation point with McConnell's theft of Obama's right to appoint Garland to the Supreme court. In the prior era, Republicans, gentlemen acting in good faith, would have honored his appointment, as both parties did, for the most part (there were limits, recalling Bork who was the lackey in the Saturday Night Massacre).

And FYI, in today's polarized climate, there is no way in hell an amendment to the constitution can come remotely close to being passed.

Democrats believe in institutions, and one of those intuitions is granting the incumbent president the right to be the nominee on the second term. I guess that concept is lost on you, and I'm not at all convinced Biden is going to lose. Trump is one of the most ugly presidents to ever come down the pike. I really don't see how he can win. So..... Don't count your chickens, as the saying goes.

As for 'grenade to the system' I think most folks have had enough of that kind of thing, and a decent normal president will beat Trump, if for no other reason than that because Trump is anything but decent, nice, and normal. The man is chaos.

No, Trump is a criminal, period, and because of that fact, a threat to US national security. He must be put away and political considerations be damned. The history books will record it as being on the right side of history.

There is no other priority than that, for the time being.

I don't know if Trump knew what he was doing, but if that is true, he is criminally stupid, because as president, you're in the big league now, it's your responsibility to know what a crime is, as you have advisors out the gazoo, all of hwich he ignored and went with the crazy crew, Sydney Powell, Chesebro, Giuliani, Eastman, etc. He found crazies like himself to tell him what he wanted to hear, and he was unable to make the distinction, a distinction which a great president would have easily done.

Hell, with any other president, folks like them would have never made it anywhere near the oval office. Trump's ignorance is mind boggling, recall what happened just after he took office, letting in two Russian Spies into the oval office, excluding ALL American personnel. We only had a picture of the event because of a Russian Photographer sent us pictures. Books are written on this man's danger to the National Security. Read them. The books by Bob Woodward would be a good place to start.
