That he’s been asserted of using that money to pay Danials through Cohen is fact. That he’s been accused paying off Cohen with money from his Business trust is fact. That his campaign finances are also used to pay his lawyers is fact….as well as put into his businesses is fact..a trust is nothing more than a dedicate fund for Trump and his businesses to pay his lawyers, his business expenses. That it’s akin to money laundering when hiding the transactions…..is against the law.

THIS court has copies of all the checks. Not a one of them from the Trump campaign. THIS judge has already ruled that Trump cant present any evidence regarding the FECs finding that this was not a campaign finance law violation. Cant mention that both Trumps DOJ and Bidens DOJ never made any charges of violations of Federal Campaign finance law. Cant present evidence from Federal Election law experts to testify that this is not a violation of Federal Election Law. This judge is ensuring that this jury wont figure any of this out.

Now back to court, the prosecution's witness, Attorney Keith Davidson, dealt the prosecution another blow in cross. First admitted he basically does this all the time with celebs. Getting cash out of those like Hulk Hogan, Charle Scheen, etc and in his words what Trump's payments were "Consideration", specifically saying not hush money. Consideration in legal terms is giving something of value and in return getting equal value through a contract. Consideration is also deemed a "legal expense". Consideration is legal and used often.
We've been telling you, now a prosecution witness/attorney is telling you, it's been established as everyone already knows, is happening all the time, every day, and is not an unusual transaction.
