No it isn’t, it is American law in action. He will be found guilty or innocent according to due process.

 

Gag orders historically exist to protect the defendent from being convicted in the court of public opinion by prosecutors and judges among other before the trial ever starts. Not to keep the defendant from defending himself from such attacks.

 

The fact that there is even a trial on this BS is an affront to justice. The Gag order is amply demonstrative of this fact.

 

Gag orders also exist to prevent intimidation of witnesses, jurors, prosecutors and court staff.

If Trump (or his lawyers) honestly thought that the judge was biased they could enter evidence of it in court. They don't. Trump relies on the "court of public opinion" to make his baseless accusations.

No they don't most jury tampering is behind the scenes ditto with judges and prosecutors. Any judge who can be intimidated by people telling the truth about their background which is all Trump has done shouldn't be a judge anyway.
