Meanwile Biden works to increase H1B VISAs so after these Dem voting students graduate they can be unemployed or underemployed.

The Biden newspeak for this effort to increase H1B VISAs:

"streamlining eligibility requirements, improving program efficiency, providing greater benefits and flexibilities for employers and workers, and strengthening integrity measures.|"

Yet because I work for a 'for profit' organization, I get to continue paying my loan off.

Nope, I'm a grown man and will pay off my own debts. But it's cool that now I get to pay off mine, along with the debts of idiots too stupid to pick a legit major, or too lazy to pay them off themselves. But, send me a private message. You can pay off my loan since you're all in favor of 'helping' everyone. Oh wait, liberals are only generous with other peoples money.

LOL! Shall we we examine whether the federal debt increases under the GOP, or Democrats?

I paid my own way through college by working. This was back when you could do that. The cost of college has outstripped inflation to such a degree that this can’t really work anymore. Surely you’re aware of this. This exacerbates the gap between the haves and have nots. If America is still a place where you can go from rags to riches, we can’t affix weights to the legs of the have nots and expect them to climb up the ladder.

So because these idiots chose a worthless degree I get to pay for my degree and theirs? Again, DM me. I'll give you my address and you can personally help me with my loan.

What would help the country is forgiving the loans of people that actually have used their degrees to contribute to society. The doctor or engineer should have their loans forgiven well before the morons that majored in lesbian dance theory or ethnic studies.

You’re obviously fabricating facts. That doesn’t help you. My children have no loans. That’s a huge advantage. You don’t seem to understand and appreciate that the cost of education.. and not only for certain degrees…is an albatross around the neck of someone with a humble upbringing.

    What facts am I fabricating?

Here are some facts that I experienced that are 100% true.

My loan was for about $40 grand. i already had my Associate's, so this was for my final 2 years. I always accepted the lowest amount offered, and worked the whole time. I graduated with a degree in the medical field, and after a few years my salary is twice what my loan was for.

My ex wife went for a Masters in the counseling/therapy field. She always accepted the maximum amount offered. When she graduated her loans totaled around $185 grand. Her salary is about a third of that, but after a few years working for a non profit, her loan was forgiven.

Again, I'm not whining about my loan. And I'm glad hers was forgiven, cause it's better for our son. Either all loans should be forgiven, or none. Biden, like most liberals, punish the responsible and productive, and reward the stupid and lazy. IMO, college is a by and large a scam, and a lot of degrees are simply ponzi schemes. I will steer my kid away from college, unless he gets a scholarship or chooses a wise career path.

You’re fabricating that it’s only for “worthless” degrees. You don’t seem to value education, @Jack Hays

The Trump tax cuts were across the board. They "targeted" everyone. This kind of logic is why I shake my head at the far left.

If people can't find jobs and their loans need paid off by other people, then yes they are worthless degrees. And you're right, I place absolutely zero value in liberal arts, ethnic studies, dance theory, etc degrees. As does the job market.

But I get what you're saying. If someone wants to spend a few hundred grand on a degree in art history, why shouldn't the tax payers foot that bill?

Show me which ones only go to Republicans.

Not only does it give access to the best and brightest it gives access to those who should never have gone in the first place.

So the Department of Education is a loan sharking operation?

".....Much of the media have experienced a collective amnesia regarding the student loan mess. President Obama promoted the enactment of a federal takeover of student lending as part of the legislation which created the Affordable Care Act in 2010. At that time, Obama proclaimed that by cutting out the “middleman”, taxpayers would save $68 billion. Banks would no longer underwrite student loans and the federal government would directly lend to students.

Every one of Obama’s promises turned out to be untrue. The program didn’t save any money. Loan defaults increased. Colleges accelerated increases in tuitions and fees and student debt skyrocketed. Today’s student loan mess was caused largely by Obama’s failed program...."
    https://www.wamc.org/commentary-opinion/2022-09-22/biden-student-loan-cancellation-illegal

BTW how you gonna pay for Obamacare if Biden gets his way?
