Doesn't matter if behind the scenes or out in public. Either way it's wrong and against trial rules. Apparently you're ok with Trump violating court rules. Go figure.
What "truths" is Trump speaking in regards to witnesses, prosecutors, jury members and the judge?

Apparently you're okay with the court attacking Trump but not Trump defending himself go figure.

How is the court attacking Trump? Isn’t Trumps lawyers defending him in court???
And again…What "truths" is Trump speaking in regards to witnesses, prosecutors, jury members and the judge?

So you're saying that Trump didn't say anything to be gagged for?

    Trump is not "defending himself"

That would be making statements in defense of themselves.

Trump attacks. That is a violation of the gag order. If he keeps it up he will find himself in jail.

Where did you ever get that idea from? I know I didn't state such. So very odd you come up with such nonsense. BTW...do you EVER not dodge questions? Clearly you're unable to answer direct questions and therefore try to dodge by trying to deflect. Do ever get tired of not being able to back up what you claim?
And don't even think about asking me anymore questions until you start answering the ones I've already asked you.

Laws in The United States forbid falsely charging someone with a crime.

Biden was the Vice President. He threatened the government of Ukraine and actually withheld a billion dollars in aid to them pending their firing of the prosecutor in question. Facts. He admits to it, on video. Are you suggesting he was lying? The facts support his account which is on video. It sure seems like you aren't aware of the facts.

    1. He did not threaten to withhold a billion dollars. He threatened to withhold LOAN GUARANTEES that would have given Ukraine access to money from the International Monetary Fund
    2. They never withheld the guarantees because the prosecutor was fired.
    3. The prosecutor was fired not only at the behest of the US but other European Countries and the IMF demanded his outster
    4. He was fired for NOT investigating corruption in connection with Burisma, not to protect Biden's son.

Those are the facts. That video supports those facts.

So, if someone is ultimately found "Not Guilty" anyone involved in indicting them in the first place has committed a crime?

In order to be fair it certainly does. You are simply accepting an unfair order as OK because it exists. Some lawyers say it is unconstitutional. So they certainly disagree with you.

There is no way he isn't going to keep violating it. They should just put him on a gag order subscription plan where he can pay it montly.

No it does not. The prosecution moved for the gag order and the court granted it.

If Trump's lawyers want to impose a gag order on the prosecution let them make their own motion.

When Trump was banging on that time about Hilary Clinton would be in jail, presumably he was invoking the rule of law of some kind. Now the rule of law is proving a bit tricky he is whinging about it.
If he is a pure as the driven snow the jurors will find him not guilty.
If it reaches that point he will say the law is wonderful, if he loses he will say the law is terrible, or look to shift blame.

If they filed false charges and used false evidence, then yes.

It's beyond obvious that Trump wants this fraud to lock him up. Wish he'd get on with it.

Trump should be wearing a snap on ties and loafers whenever he enters any courtroom.

Now he’s claiming he’s not allowed to testify because of the gag order. What a lying A hole.
