We are spending a lot of time listening to Bove try to cast Davidson in a bad light. The point has been made. There’s always a risk that the jury feels like this has gone on long enough and wants to get back to the central issues in the case

 

Repeating yourself does not make you right.

How many times does it have to be explained the ONLY way he can prosecute the state crime is to base it on another crime. YES he has to have been found guilty of that crime and it is a FEDERAL crime. Bragg cannot declare Trump guilty of a FEDERAL CRIME and then use it in a state prosecution. Not only that there was no grand jury indictment on such a charge. Bragg wants to declare himself a mind reader and judge and jury all in one package.

And citing the ruling here refutes nothing, it will be a first order of appeal.

I have cited the law and the EXCLUSIVE jurisidiction of the FEDERAL courst to declare someone guilty of the election fraud Bragg is asserting. Also the unconstitutionality of the New York law itself.

 

All you have declared is that there is a prosecution. There has been no explaination of how a local yokel DA can declare someone guilty of a FEDERAL crime and then use that to prosecute them for a STATE crime.

Yes or no is Bragg telling the jury Trump is guilty of violating a federal law? A law for which Trump has never been convicted in a federal court or even charged because the FEC found nothing criminal.

Nope, New York has no jurisdiction over an election for Presidential Electors that is the sole authority of the federal government as you have been shown over and over. He is being prosecuted for a misdemeanor record entry violation.

He CANNOT declare "someone guilty", that's the jury's job. AND, he's prosecuting violations of State Crimes, not federal.
