A gag order means that you can’t testify at trial? LOL! He’s not testifying because he’s a liar and a terrible witness who will get himself convicted.

I think that if he ever were to get up on that stand he would sound like a fool. I don't know whether he would convict himself or not, but he would look like an idiot, and the fact that he lies and makes stuff up would be amplified by the lawyers.
I wish he would, but he won't. In fact, when you think about it, he always avoids testifying to anything.
Imagine that! Voting for someone for president who can't even be trusted on a witness stand. If he can't represent himself, how could he represent our country?

    They did? Link?

Not bringing charges doesn’t mean Trump magically is exonerated.

I think he's right, they are split 50/50 down partisan lines so they are in effect neutered.

My point was that this doesn’t at all mean that there was a determination of “no crime”.

Totally agree! They are making claims that any court would scoff at.

That's because their "game" is only and all about gas lighting and disinformation (not misinformation). Disingenuousness is a feature not a bug...

This just proves tRaitor tRump is a Chickenshit, his word is the most debased, commodity on earth. It’s not worth the breath it takes or the sound waves it makes.

TRaltor tRump is ~290 lbs of BULLSHIT topped with a yellow muskrat. He’s the most pathetic human being in history. His whole life is built on fraud. Fraudulent business deals, fraudulent universities … charities … scams and schemes. All of which had run their course and he was about to go broke. Then somebody asked him to pretend he was a successful businessman on TV, a part he’d been preparing for all his miserable life. All the people that appeared on the show were getting paid to go along with the gag, even when he **** his pants in front of them.

BUT THEN he hit on the perfect scam, pretending to be a statesman that could make a great nation better. But first he had to run it down and attack half the people with lies and hate. If he could pull it off people would stand in line to hear his BULLSHIT and send him their rent money for the privilege.

He’s gotten away with a life of fraud because he cleverly danced a line of fraud that holding him to account wasn’t worth the trouble.

But the opportunities for fraud in politics, “like he never before”, were too great to resist. And now for the first time in his miserable life he is being held accountable, facing real consequences and he just can’t stand it. Doesn’t everyone know law doesn’t apply to him?

Bragg has NO JURISDICTION to charge someone with violating that law PERIOD. Only that law applies New York election law does NOT. The only authority to do so as has been cited over and over was the DOJ and FEC and they investigated and brought no charges. Bragg is trying to play grand jury, prosecutor, judge and jury simply declaring Trump violated federal law.

There was no communications team at this point in the campaign.
