Just prosecuting the Orange Stain has guaranteed Bragg a tenure as long as Morgenthau’s ….

I don't believe that. I get what you're saying, but I don't see Bragg paying the piper for his corrupt behavior. I hope I'm wrong.

And that's the entire motivation. This is 100% political and has zilch to do with "upholding the law".

The reality here in Earth One, is that state campaign finance laws don't apply to Federal elections.

Rigged trials are the antithesis of due process.

No , it is 100% to do with upholding the law and the rest is a happy side effect. Lends incentive to do it right…..

I agree. That’s why your boy isn’t in jail already for contempt. The Orange Stain has been treated preferentially compared to felons who are already locked up.

Of course , when he keeps breaking the law, that will end…….

State campaign finance laws don't apply to Federal elections. The prosecutor is lying in that charge

The prosecutor is lying about the charges. That isn't "due process".

I read the New York statute. You should try doing your own research, vice just taking the prosecutor's word for it. You know, think for yourself.

Yeah well, this has already been adjudicated in court and the court simply dismissed your opinion. Maybe you should contact Blanche and give him your " valued" heads up. Or, pound sand :)!
BTW, reading is not always understanding....so sorry.

Well , the defense has already had a chance to challenge that , pre trial. And didn’t .

You claim to be some kind of authority on the law that knows more than the judge, prosecution and defense .

From what law school did you graduate ?

It's Hard to Imagine a Worse Day for Stormy and the NYC Prosecutors in the Trump case.

'It's hard to imagine a worse day in court than having a reliable witness come in, throw his own client, Stormy Daniels, under the New York Subway train, and then completely disembowel the prosecution's case, at least the one they're selling to the jury.'

Stormy's lawyer pushed for the extortive shakedown before the election because she expected Trump to lose, ending her leverage.

'Davidson denied on the stand that he and his client removed the foundation for the proposition that the payment was "hush money." It was a "consideration," he insisted. “It wasn’t a payoff. And it wasn’t hush money. It was a consideration,” he testified.'

In Contractual terms "Consideration" is thing of value. She exchanged "consideration" the false promise that she would keep her mouth shut, for "consideration" $130k.

'Where does this leave us in this third week of this "spellbinder" of a case?
    • The 34 counts of fraud are actually not hush money
    • Demanding payment was an extortive attempt to shake down Trump before the election that Trump was expected to lose
    • Cohen admits he paid it, and that Trump didn't initiate the overture.
    • Trump paid Cohen for legal fees, which they were
    • They weren't FEC violations.'

One way to describe the person making that dubious observation is he/she isn't paying attention. Stay tuned.

We're staying tuned, waiting for the prosecutor to come up with an actual crime.

Yes, after this trial Bragg with probably be the Manhattan DA for life. Outside of New York City he'll be known has one of those lawyers who got his degree from a law school that advertises on the back of matchbook covers. "Learn the law at home, in your spare time."

There are many George Soros sponsored DA's. Alvin Bragg might be the worst of them. He can't prosecute violent criminals because Bragg thinks that criminality is a "civil right." But Bragg will waste public funds to determine the 2024 presidential election.
