He didn't break the law, much less break the law to get to the White House.

 

Well, to be fair, civil cases have a lower standard of proof than criminal ones. I think we saw something similar with OJ in the sense that even though he was acquitted, he still lost the wrongful death lawsuit. Trump wasn't even tried for the crime in this case, but the OJ case illustrates the lower standard.

 

1. He wasn't convicted of a crime.

2. She won because she was sueing the "Bad Orange Man".

 

Well, that's what the trial will prove. One way or the other.

 

Trials only prove guilt. If that isn't possible, then the defendant is innocent.
