The legal community is saying the gag order is unconstitutional.
The other issue is prosecution witnesses are allowed to go on social media and say what they want, even as in Cohen's case make money on it.
Was seen to have po'd the jug he was pointing out is daughters high ranking position in, as Trump puts it:
Harsh, but accurate. The judge is a compromised greenhorn that belongs in traffic court.
He is working for the Biden campaign to lay "convicted felon" on Trump to help Biden's election, knowing full well the case will be overturned and it will be a miracle if he has a law license, but his mission to cripple Trump will have achieved.

So all this means he didn't sleep with S.D. and he didn't lie on the financial reports?
You have fallen for Trumps diverson. He is changing the subject and portraying himself as a martyr because he can't lash out and call people names during the trial.
If it is illegal I am sure his attourneys understand that and are capable of dealing with it,
There is no evidence the judge is working for the Biden campaign; this is the type of thing the gag order is designed to stop.
Are non disclosure agreements also "unconstitutional" as they have a lot in common?

It means it isn't a fair trial. The Constitution guarantees the right to a fair trial.

Why undermine the Rule of Law in America? It's the only thing that ultimately protects rights and freedom. Let the jury deliberate and decide.

He can say anything he wants during testimony in the trial, the judge has already told him that it is the name calling outside of court which has nothing to do with a fair trial that it is meant to stop. Trump is not being tried in social media or from a microphone. He is being tried in a courtroom.

Prosecution witnesses, apparently, are allowed to go in front of the JURY and say whatever the heck they want too.

So are defence witnesses. The Gag order is for things said outside the courtroom about those involved in the trial.

And "I regret that I only have one life to give for my Country!"

Ex-top Biden DOJ official now prosecuting Trump was once paid by DNC for 'political consulting'

'Matthew Colangelo's move from DOJ to the NY Trump prosecution has drawn allegations of politicization
    .'

A Courtroom so corrupt that even the Kangaroos are impressed.

That sure wasn't the case in the Engeron courtroom. I guess we'll have to wait and see what Merchan does but, based on what I'm seeing so far, I'm not all that sure the defense will even be allowed to introduce evidence.

Trump has a first amendment right to criticize the government and court…. He has not threatened anyone…. The first amendment is a god given right. Merchan is not god.

Yes he does.... Welcome to America... the 1st Amendment... Trump has the god given right to petition the government for a redress of grievances without fear of punishment or reprisals. Merchan is not god...

Trump was held in contempt for saying the jury is "95% Democrat". That's hardly threatening and the contempt charge is hardly fair.

Exactly right! Why are you cheering the government doing exactly that? They doing right in front of you and not only do you condone it, you celebrate it.

That's where you are wrong. A legal grand jury was impanelled, recommended charges be brought and this is the case now in front of a jury of Agent Oranges peers.....12 jurors applying the rule of law. So, don't trash it like you are doing, the jury will decide. Agent Oranges just needs one, the state needs twelve. Stop the gas lighting and let the jury do it duty to the constitution and the rule of law. Stop with the strawman flailing and have faith in the American system.

The grand jury was presented with falsified evidence. That's a felony.

Due process, impartial judge, etc. The DA's job is not to "convict" but to have a fair and impartial trial and an honest hearing. "Just the facts, Ma'am.". A draw goes to the defendant who is presumed innocent.
You are losing your right to due process, too. I want to keep mine.

I hope you realize they throw indicted pedos and murder suspects in jail before and during trial. They are denied more than just 1st Amendment. Are you saying pedos and murders should run free until trial is over?
