    It sure as hell is a lifestyle. If you don't believe me, just try to "Anne Heche" if you're currently engaging in it. You'll know tyranny if you try to leave. The gay reserves its most potent venom for defectors and anyone who would counsel a defector.

    It not only is a lifestyle, it is a bone fide cult.

    And the reason why defectors are shunned upon, is because the treatments they recieve don't work.

    I think if someone was openly gay but had ideas and direction that people thought would end the recession and lead us to good times, I think very few in this country would care except for the media. Lets face it, the media said that Obama could never be elected, they openly talked about the likelihood he would be assassinated, yet Americans did what everyone thought was impossible. Personally, I think the media is the dinosaur in the room, the people of America could care less about someones attributes that do not matter.
