FOX News and some far right radio host should have different standards. You should know that.

I'd say there's a difference between a Google link and what FOX News reports on the air. At least there should be...

Yes, obviously different than each other. FOX News should be in the business of reporting facts, not lies. Not sure what Obama Media Group has to do with anything? Unless ofcourse you're saying they're the gold standard in news, because, well, they are in this instance.

It's a reasonable estimate that the EPA will not increase 1,353% in size. That's why my speculation is valid, and your random numbers that literally came out of thin air are not.

EPA: Regulations Would Require 230,000 New Employees

By Matthew Boyle, The Daily Caller

The Environmental Protection Agency has said new greenhouse gas regulations, as proposed, may be “absurd” in application and “impossible to administer” by its self-imposed 2016 deadline. But the agency is still asking for taxpayers to shoulder the burden of up to 230,000 new bureaucrats — at a cost of $21 billion — to attempt to implement the rules.

The EPA aims to regulate greenhouse gas emissions through the Clean Air Act, even though the law doesn’t give the EPA explicit power to do so. The agency’s authority to move forward is being challenged in court by petitioners who argue that such a decision should be left for Congress to make.

So you claim they lied is totally specious and you should withdraw it. For it to be a lie you would have to show they knew it was incorrect. You have shown no such thing. So if you claim they are lying, YOU are lying.

Did you watch what FOX News said on their broadcast? Straight from the horses's mouth:
"The EPA is going to hire 230,000 employees."
You can backtrack to some FOXNation article if you like, but the that still doesn't change the fact that FOX News was wrong in what they reported live on the air.

So, now you agree that Fox may have been wrong? Not that they lied.

We all know that the EPA will have to hire a quarter of a million people to implement their dictatorial rules. They want to hire as many people as they can hire.

And they got it from the article like all the other sources who reported it.

So when are you going to retract your statement that they lied about it?

So you can't be wrong and lie at the same time? Perplexing logic...

Actually, no. It's quite astonishing that it's come this far, but I'll repeat it again (or repeat what the bill said), which was the Tailor Rule being enacted prevented the EPA from having to hire 250,000 more employees. Of course, you think they'll hire them anyways, which is just as confusing considering the EPA employs 17,000 people right now. I suppose the next logical step for them is to add an additional 230,000 people, right?

So that's FOX's alibi now? "Oh, don't blame the messenger. We simply got this tidbit from some far right wing radio host and reported it live on the news, without mentioning who it came from."

Pitiful dodge, can you be wrong and not lie, of course, if you are simply wrong you weren't lying, undeniable logic.

When are you going to retract your assertion they were lying?

That wouldn't be an alibi, they were wrong else prove they knew the story was false and reported it anyway.................no more excuses.

Comical. I'm not going to retract anything. FOX News reported, on air, that the EPA was going hire 230,000 employees. That's a LIE. Why? Because they aren't. Please elaborate and tell me how FOX wasn't lying?

Oh, so it's not FOX's fault, it's the far right radio hosts fault? Interesting. Of course, over all of this, is the astonishing fact that nobody seems to care that FOX News gets their stories from far right bloggers and than reports them as news on the air. Pitiful indeed.

It's quite clear who originated the story.

So where is your retraction of the fallacious claim they were lying?

    Else prove it.

When FOX News reported live on air, did they say where the story came from? No. They said they're going to hire 230,000 employees. Media Matters actually did you a favor.
