God wants Jobs Bill Passed: Obama

President Barak Obama has called on the Almighty in his festering snit with congress over his proposed half trillion dollar jobs bill. At the same time he sneered at Republicans in Congress for reaffirming the national motto" "In God We Trust".

The inference here is anyone who opposes the bill is going against the will of God and, therefore, a heretic.

As a campaign strategy it is at the very least unwise and likely a sign of desperation. Mr. Owebama should be meeting independently with Congressmen and Senators to try to get the bill passed not threatening them with the wrath of God.....

 

There is a very devious part of the "Jobs Bill" that none of the National (Democratic) Media is reporting. Withing the bill is a section that takes away the tax write off for oil and natural gas companies that work on poor prospects and lose their investment.

Why?

Because this tax write off was ALREADY TAKEN AWAY FROM BIG OIL COMPANIES BACK IN THE 1970'S.

So what is the impact?

The small and medium oil and gas independents are the ONLY companies effected. They employ 400,000 people and produce about 80% of the domestic oil and gas supply.

BIG OIL will then be able to absolutely dictate the domestic market as all the independents have to quit.

This "Jobs Bill" is BIG OIL's wildest dream.... it is insane that anyone could support it.

I still say he doesn't really want it passed. He wants a wedge issue...so he can point to the Republicans, stomp his little feet and moan "they're not letting me play with my toys."

 

Remember when Bush said God wanted him to do things? The left couldn't shut up about it. Now, somehow it's a different story. Weird, huh?

 

It is quite crazy that people don't know it. By the way, it would be a BOOM for Canada as all of these investors, jobs, and small companies would bail to Canada if they decided to stay in the same business.

 

Why should they get write off their loss? Can I write off what I lost on my bad investments?

 

So you are for destroying 400,000 jobs and handing the domestic oil and gas resources and market to BIG OIL. This is CRONY CAPITALISM. Barack Obama gets huge money from the likes of BP and other BIG OIL companies.

The experts in Canada say the Jobs Bill is a violation of NAFTA as it bans such practices as "buy American". The Owebama administration went ballistic when the province of Ontario proposed 'buy Canadian" during the last 'stimulus'.

I suspect this sleaze will promise "Buy American" while preaching from his Canadian built bus and then back door some wavers to avoid being dragged into international court.

It demonstrates once again that the Owebama administration doesn't have a plan, they are lurching from crisis to crisis with nicely wrapped proposals that do sweet freak all. It's all image all the time and the best the Democrats can do is continue to drag out the dead horse of "it's Bush's fault" ot some variation thereof.

Even though Free Trade bans the government from urging people to BUY AMERICAN. At times like this, people shouldn't need to be told. The unemployment rate and numbers of companies leaving should be able to tell even many of the dumb ones, Buying American is important to our economy.
