http://www.cnn.com/2011/11/08/us/health-care-ruling/index.html?hpt=hp_t2 I know, I know RWs, this too is a conspiracy. Why we liberals get together in secret anymore is unclear to me, we have everything, the socialist, secular, unChristian world is ours. FYI, I am having with you, I am teasing. That being said, obviously this issue is not over because of one court, because there are other courts that have had the opposite ruling. But my issue is this needs to be addressed without emotion, period. In addition, there is no one solution and whatever comprehensive does get implemented, no way in heck are going to like it. Compromises will have to happen, who is willing to compromise and how much.
WOOT! We are winning 3-1! Remember Mdrobster, it's your turn to bring the cheese dip to the next secret meeting!
All government efforts that require taking from one individual.... endowed by their "creator" with constitutionally protected equal, inalienable rights to liberty and opportunity....and giving to another individual possessing these identical rights.... are wholly unconstitutional.
Im not interested in allowing the government to rule over my very life. You trust nancy pelosi if you must, but I refuse...
This isn't a basketball game. The only decision that matters will come down next year from the 9 Justices of the Supreme Court. You are counting chickens before they hatch, waaaaay before they hatch. I can assure you if the USSC rules Obamacare Constitutional, then I personally will accept its legitimacy, but not one minute before I read the decision and see what the highest court in the land has to say about it. So you can save your cheering. 3-1/10-1/1000-1 means nothing to the USSC, all that will matter is final number of USSC justices that will decide the fate of Obamacare and the true interpretation of the Commerce Clause. Far more than just Obamacare is at stake here, but I suppose you guys are too short sighted to see that. You lost Citizens United, You lost McDonald vs Chicago. The way I see it, we're up by 2 on Constitutional Rights.
SHH SHHHHHHHHH You guys are lousy at conspiracy. You can't just go around coordinating your secret meetings on a public forum. BTW, what kind of cheese dip are you bringing? If it's jalapeno, can I come too?
You're in need of some serious re-education from the Collectivist Hive, reactionary swine! Welcome to the New Left's Fundamental Transformation of America. Rights and responsibilities are no longer derived from the Individual, as the Founders intended - they are derived from the State and dictated to the Individual.
Obama has raised more money than all Republican nominee's combined. Who lost Citizens again? Talk about short sited. You think these rulings only affect the people you don't agree with?
*Please note the concerted efforts by leftists to have Clarence Thomas' vote eliminated from the process* Once again....just as with FDR's socialist "New Deals"....they're in the process of attempting to stack the deck to legislate agenda from the bench... instead of respecting the represented authority or wishes of We the People
Oh please. In case you haven't noticed. Polls show that independents are shrinking as a percentage of the electorate. In 2008 they made up something like 45% of the electorate, today they are down to less than 35% and continuing to shrink. By the time the GOP Primary is over, the choices will have largely been made and Obama's billion isn't going to change many minds. This election will be decided long before the 2012 voting takes place and I really don't think money will have too much sway either way. The American People are becoming pretty sure either way and I really don't think money will make much difference here. ..and Citizens united wasn't about money. It was about Liberals trying to silence the Free Speech of a Conservative PAC by trying to keep it from releasing a book that was damaging to Democrats just prior to an election and McCain Feingold just happened to be a casualty of the case. You can blame your side for trying to abuse the law and having the issue forced all the way to the USSC.
Depends on what poll and who you ask, and the lead is slim in most of them. Dangerously slim, and you know it.
I don't even see how those on the far left are wanting the PPACA. Even the democrats are wanting to "re-do" it. It was pushed through, has serious flaws, and is going to cost so much more money than anyone even wants to admit. We need comprehensive medical reform in this country. I would even go as far as to say we need an optional government plan, but this piece of garbage is not it.
Thats cause he decided not to play by the campaign finance rules.... Praise him for it if you must, but I refuse.
She's an agenda laden, big government, "living document" leftist who has zero respect for the intent or spirit of constitutional limitations on Big Fed She is utter scum...as are all progressive leftist filth.
Typical Tea Bag rubbish. A hundred SC say otherwise in a variety of contexts. Rightwingers keep losing on this dead dog, and they'll lose on the health care reform act.
I know, right? These commie (*)(*)(*)(*)s have been indoctrinated by decades of leftist/union administrated public schools and Marxist/socialist "academics" in our universities... The lambs know not of the gelding pen they're being herded.
The irony of all this happens to be his post is not unique, yet they accuse all the time that Democrats and Liberals are "fillled with hate". What is worse they will claim they speak the truth, clearly pathological.
Cite away.....one at a time, please, so I can give each of your leftist "memes" full attention, and at my leisure.
Not at all. When progressive leftists are confronted with honesty.... something their collectivist agenda requires complete and utter avoidance of.... they must deflect and derail with vacuous claims of irrational anger coming from those who deliver it. Alinskyism 101
