Sure they lean a little bit Right. And Hannity and Brian Kilmeade are unproductively over-partisan.

But since Liberalism leans dishonest, leaning toward and learning about the Right is the best slant you could possibly have.

And Fox is the only place you hear the Conservative side of things. Every other station is either hypnotized Left or uses sources who are hypnotized Left.

No every other station simply is less lopsided than faux. Study after study says this again and again. Faux noise is a nice feel good network. It will tell you that everything is perfect and that you are wonderful. I think even republicans know deep down it is a joke.

I mean come on, the only other place you see so many pretty colors and fun music is at the circus.

You obviously have never watched FOX NEWS. FOX NEWS doesn't tell you everything is perfect, for they go out of their way to bring the destructive anti American news of the liberals and of obama that the other MSM outlets refuse to deliver. This is why its called the Fair and Balanced Network, and why its the #1 ranked cable news station in the country, simpy because they tell you the truth--a truth that seems to hurt the liberal/socialist agitprop agenda of the progressives.

True, Fox commentators are a lot more lopsided than the rest. But it's the only station that will tell you stuff about the Liberal side you won't hear on any of the other station either. That's what makes them so important.

Many Democrats think people who listen to Fox are stupid, but it's obvious that many Democrats have been told a lie and half truths. Don't know as much as they think they do.

I'd like a dime every time I have heard a Democrat say Bush is responsible for this economy crashing. WRONG

Same with complaining Bush cut taxes during a war. Well Bush only cut taxes 3% less than it was under Clinton. Democrats cut it 21% in 1965 during the Vietnam war and added Johnson's war on poverty program on top of that, which cost billions.

I do not think people who watch faux are stupid. I do think they are misinformed as study after study shows. I watch faux every now and then, but I see it more as entertainment than a serious news outlet.

Sorry, your post couldn't be father from the truth. Fox News, along with every other "MSM" news network are equally partisan, equally opinionated, and equally manipulative. Any slant in the news is equally illegitimate. It allows the distortion of the facts, and disregarding of important news stories.

Fox news is very biased. They do three types of presentation:
    1. Slamming liberals
    2. Fluff news (ie celebrities, dumb local news style pieces "world's oldest woman", etc)
    3. Promoting conservative candidates

In fact if you watch a fox news program it always seems to revolve between 1-3 continuously.

CNN does nothing but fluff news. Fox is like CNN but with conservative pundit shows. MSNBC is the liberal version of fox, except they do nothing but prison shows with a handful of liberal pundit shows thrown in. CBS is more liberal leaning and ABC is more conservative leaning (especially John Stossel)

I meant to say CBS in the last sentence rather than CNN. CBS is more liberal leaning while ABC is more conservative (especially John Stossel)

The thing is with CBS, 60 minutes goes pretty deep into the issues and if every news station had that kind of investigative reporting I would have more respect for the main stream news.

Stossel works for Fox now. Though his show just rips on the government and unions.

How much does George Soros pay to sell Liberal view?

Foreign Money? George Soros donates $1 Million to left-wing Media Matters

Media Matters, the liberal activist group that wages a rhetorical war against Fox News Channel and others in the conservative press, will announce on Wednesday the receipt of a $1 million donation from the philanthropist George Soros.

George Soros’ Millions Buying ‘Political Reporters’ for NPR

The left loves to go wild claiming that Rupert Murdoch, a famous conservative, owns a few news outlets. The left is also aghast that well known righty Roger Ailes guides Fox News. Ailes’s ideology makes of his network a compromised product, they claim. It’s all a travesty of “news,” and “proof” that those agencies are contaminated by right-wing ideology say lefty detractors. So, with the news that George Soros is buying one hundred political “reporters” for National Public Radio (NPR), one waits with bated breath for the left to decry the fact that a famous anti-American leftist is buying and influencing the “news.”

Well since more people watch them than all the others combined they are going to get most of the uninformed although most of the studies I have seen claiming that are actually asking uninformed questions. ie If you do not believe the global warming theory has been proven then you are uninformed.

Some of it is entertainment, 5 at 5, is entertainment. Entertainment based on the news. Watching Headline News all the time gets boring and is intellectually not very stimulating. Watching issues get debated, hearing both sides of political issues, in dept analysis is entertaining yet still news.

But let's look at the data, who had the most balanced view of both candidates last presidential election?

You are indeed very correct, axuality!

Fox News is the only news source that keeps the Obama sycophants awake at night and honest!

For example, many of the far-Left news sources love to criticize many of the provisions of the Patriot Act. This act was re-authorized and sanctioned by Barack Obama by the way!

However, as Fox News has often stressed, without the Patriot Act, terrorists would be free to plot and carry out acts of terror against U.S. targets and U.S. citizens. They would only be prosecuted after they are (hopefully) captured and convicted.

The Patriot Act allows law enforcement to do electronic surveillance and uncover their acts of terror before they actually carry them out. I for one believe this practice works much better than tracking them down or picking up their body parts after their acts of terror are completed.
