I'm well aware that we had a knife to the Soviets' throat and they were just trying to even the playing field by arming Cuba. It was still the right thing to do to keep the knife at their throat while denying them the same ability in our hemisphere. To compensate, the Soviets eventually spent themselves into bankruptcy.

 

False. He hardly did anything for civil rights while in office. He also voted against The Civil Rights Act.

President Kennedy specifically asked for civil rights legislation "giving all Americans the right to be served in facilities which are open to the public—hotels, restaurants, theaters, retail stores, and similar establishments," and "greater protection for the right to vote," in a landmark speech in 1963. It was signed into law by President Johnson after Kennedy's assassination. So quit with the lying and shame on you!

Here's a clue...anything however small Kennedy did for blacks, only happened when Bobby told him he would not get the black vote in 1964...why do you think he started doing something about the mess in the South in 1963? You think that he all of a sudden started "caring?"

JFK was a spoiled little Irish punk. Out of the two of them....I pick Bobby as the better one. But, their family was still rotten to the core. I can't even imagine the amount of scandalous secrets that family has locked up tight.

The fact that jimmie carter didn't make your list of 5 worst presidents makes me believe that you have no idea of what makes a good or bad president. Failed!

 

Last time I checked Jimmy Carter didn't lie his way into a war like Bush and LBJ, he didn't run this country into debt like Obama, he didn't face impeachment like Nixon for abuse of power, and he didn't sale this country out to bankers like Wilson did.

Carter, even being a mediocre president, still out shines the worst.

I suggest you pick a book up and learn something for once.

Anyone who hasn't been living under a rock and pays attention to the news is well aware of this. You're one of those tools that demands proof just to demand proof, not because my claims are out of the axiom, but just to be annoying.
