    Actually, they do have rights so...

    Letting people know they have rights, is proabably the most american thing out there.

    Lets hope for a amendment that will change that in the near future. The FF's were not capable of thinking of the parasites we have now.

    According to your source, apparently they possibly HAD immigration documents which were taken away by the police.

    Is your point to support and enable police corruption?

    And in that same paragraph we find out that they were arrested for forgery.

    Dunno about you, but if I'm arresting these three on suspicion of forgery, I'm taking ALL of the documents to see what is fake and what is legit.

    Seems to me a case might be made that they were here illegally using falsified documents.

    Illegals should not have the same rights as American citizens. They are criminals. Just like the people in prison who do not have the same rights as everyone else in society.

    The right to be prosecuted by our justice system. The same thing should be happening with illegals, but their crimes are tolerated for political purposes.

    If the Constitution had a failing, it would be be judicial review.

    Did the states get any say in this decision? No? Then why are we changing the Constitution?

    That's in the EU too! Check out the English/British websites. They have a huge issue with illegal immigrants and how they are entitled to things the Brits have to fight for. Not just an American issue.
