I saw a documentary that claims that the the average homeless person in New York City makes over $80,000 a year from begging.......They pay no taxes on this money......I say that they should be made to pay taxes on it......There are decent tax paying citizens who barely make $20,000 a year and these scum are getting more money for nothing......

Geez, that's really hard to believe that they make 80k. I watched a homeless documentary one time that said that approximately half of them are schizos. They choose to be on the streets..

If you are calling the documentary a lie, than prove it....Otherwise, shut up

If you want to give us some real documentation proving that homeless people are making 80K, then provide it, or shut up. Better yet, chill out.

I wasn't lying about the documentary I watched stating that half of them are schizos. You can also find documentaries stating that we never went to the moon..

You're sure this wasn't a production by the good people at www.gulliblecapitalistdrone.com?

That's what I was saying. It's just a baffling figure to believe.

Yes, according to the documentary, homeless people in New York make that much from begging......It claimed that many of the "Homeless" you see in new york live in hotels and then beg for a living. They dont own or rent homes because they want to keep up the illusion that they are poor. They had interviews with some of them where they say they own $1500 suits.

There's not enough wealth in America to pay off the pseudo-debt, and there never was. When you're printing money at interest, where does the interest come from? The money doesn't exist!

    End the Money!

I wouldn't say that someone with schizophrenia is capable of being held accountable for their homelessness.

$80,000/yr is $320/day, 5 days per week, 50 weeks per year. New York? Yeah, maybe in New York. Maybe.

Money is created when banks lend money.

No, it's not. That's simply debt created in a computer. Actual physical money is created when the money manipulators at the FED print the money. And the interest on the FED money can never be repaid because it never existed.

My favorite movie "the soloist" is about this very topic. You should watch it sometime, it is most excellent.

I once talked to a homeless guy who said he was Estes Kafauver. Perhaps we should send your documentary people to find out what he's been up to since the fifties.

I support selective taxation. For example, tax Hollywood producers and actors, athletes, and political commentators 99% of their wealth.

The thing is, as unfortunate as it is, people are willing to pay high amounts to be entertained by these people, and advertising is willing to pay INSANE amounts in order to be seen by people who watch these people. So there is no problem with them making that much money

As long as drug dealers and prostitutes don't fraud people by lying about the content/dangerousness of their products and whether they have STDs and what STDs they have, respectively, those things should be legal IMHO

    Right wing propaganda.

I find it ridiculous the right blaming America's ills on the poor, uneducated, unemployed and now the homeless.
