Technology, Democratic Rationalization and the Sex Consent App

A bit of a preamble for some informational backdrops to my conjecture while bored at work.

Democratic Rationalization and Technology. A link below written by Andrew Feenberg

    http://www.dogma.lu/txt/AF_democratic-rationalization.htm

Some interesting perspectives on technology and social issues and democratic rationalization of horizons, and especially in a rapidly advancing technological world.

Feenberg advances numerous positions, but of interest is the understanding of moving towards the horizon of and not being limited by fear of the possible repercussions of advancement, inclusive of the technological. He uses steam boat boiler safety via governmental regulation and child labor changes to simply just the males in the workplace society, to highlight his position.

    So, to the conjecture.

There are many social justice issues that hinge upon sexual liasons. Below are the ones I can think of:

Intoxication acknowledgment (probably never to be legally binding)
Marital Status (probably a good one to have)
Direct Consent Confirmation of Sex (probably a good one for after the fact rape claims)
STDs (probably a good one to have)
Birth Control acknowledgment (probably a good one to have)
Financial Support obligations for children (interesting one ref the above BC acknowledgement)

Could (or should) an app be introduced, to be the technological equivalent of a prenuptial agreement and, in the non limiting acknowledgment of the horizon, become as recognized as the prenup in the sexual liason arena?

The app could work similar to the touch phone to phone apps that directly can deposit funds to another bank account. Phones connect, a password is requested (giving some sort of legal future strength) and the checklist is gone through. The password could also include a special duress code, similar to what the military uses.

I am thinking along the lines that about 3 of the acknowledged points to start with, and let social applications expand over time, or not. Marital Status, STDs and Direct Consent Confirmation of Sex to start with.

Perceived societal ramifications? Never to be a legally binding agreement?

    Yes. ;-)

I have been bouncing it around work today, and gettng lots of very interesting replies, and a lot of ground breaking app knowledge.

There is an app that when you spit on your smart device, it can read certain health issues you have. Imagine, in the context of what I was conjecturing today, to say when the tech grades up to simply breathing on the smart device, it will read intoxication levels etc.
