Where is your unbiased proof that the Stimulus created 4 million jobs?

It better be something besides that ridiculous CBO report on the Stimulus because that one is mostly guesstimates based on historical data.
Even that report admits their figures could be way off.

    So what is your proof?

BTW Now where was that lie you accused me of making?

'According to the U.S. National Bureau of Economic Research (the official arbiter of U.S. recessions) the recession began in December 2007.'

GDP shrunk 3.7% in the third quarter of 2008, and 9% in the fourth quarter. I please ask you to stop lying.

DA60 I have to give you credit right now. I am pretty harsh to you but this post of yours make me realize I've been wrong and have not thought as highly of you as you are.
    Please accept my apologies.

If you retract your statement about me lying - apology accepted.

I do not agree with your policies per se...but i respect that you back them up with links to data....many around here do not do that.

It began then, but really collapsed in september 2008. Three months before Obama took office, not the two I stated. If I am a liar it is not with the intention of deceiving. I lived through this too.

    So you cant read?

"Patching the Alternative Minimum Tax to ensure an additional 21 million households will not face a tax increase. This was done by increasing the exemption amount and making other targeted changes. The negative revenue impact of this measure was estimated at $136 billion.[7]
The above three measures are intended to provide relief to more than 100 million middle-class families and prevent an annual tax increase of over $2,000 for the typical family.[8]
A 13-month extension of federal unemployment benefits.[2][9] The cost of this measure was estimated at $56 billion.[7]
A temporary, one-year reduction in the FICA payroll tax. The normal employee rate of 6.2 percent is reduced to 4.2 percent. The rate for self-employed individuals is reduced from 12.4 percent to 10.4 percent.[9] The negative revenue impact of this measure was estimated at $111 billion.[7]
Extension of the Child Tax Credit refundability threshold established by EGTRRA, ARRA, and other measures.[7] According to the White House, this would benefit 10.5 million lower-income families with 18 million children.[2]
Extension of ARRA's treatment of the Earned Income Tax Credit for two years.[7] According to the White House, this would benefit 6.5 million working parents with 15 million children.[2]
Extension of ARRA's American opportunity tax credit for two years, including extension of income limits applied thereto.[7] According to the White House, this would benefit more than 8 million students and their families.[2]
The above three provisions, as well as some other similar ones, are intended to provide about $40 billion in tax relief for the hardest-hit families and students.[8]
An extension of the Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010's "bonus depreciation" allowance through the end of 2011, and an increase in that amount from that act's 50 percent to a full 100 percent. For the year of 2012, it returns to 50 percent.[9] The White House hopes the 100 percent expensing change will result in $50 billion in new investments, thus fueling job creation.[2]
An extension of Section 179 depreciation deduction maximum amounts and phase-out thresholds through 2012.[9]
Together, the above two business incentive measures were estimated to have a negative revenue impact of $21 billion.[7]
Various business tax credits for alternative fuels, such as the Volumetric Ethanol Excise Tax Credit, were also extended.[10] Others extended were credits for biodiesel and renewable diesel, refined coal, manufacture of energy-efficient homes, and properties featuring refueling for alternate vehicles.[9] Also finding an extension was the popular domestic Nonbusiness Energy Property Tax Credit, but with some limitations.[7]
Estate tax adjustment. EGTRRA had gradually reduced estate tax rates until there was none in 2010. After sunsetting, the Clinton-era rate of 55 percent with a $1 million exclusion was due to return for 2011. The compromise package sets for two years a rate of 35 percent with an exclusion amount of $5 million. The negative revenue impact of this provision was estimated at $68 billion.[7][11]
An extension of the 45G short line tax credit, also known as the Railroad Track Maintenance Tax Credit, through January 1, 2012. This credit had been in place since December 31, 2004 and allowed small railroad companies to deduct up to 50% of investments made in track repair and other qualifying infrastructure investments.[12]"

    Is what is different .

Yes, this is how I responded. By making a statement you havent even actually disagreed with - all youve done is say 'epic failure' a number of times.

So lets be clear, do you actually disgree with this statement?

    ?

Do you have trouble with the statement that spending has been up and up through successive presidents or not?

Little point in me sourcing anything if you dont disagree is there?

Fair enough, do you disagree that voters put the economy foremost in their minds and mostly re-elect presidents during a business recovery?

See what Im doing here? Im tricking you into slowly coming to a respectful debate. Ill do it by gently turning you away from your consistently insulting manner by asking you directly exactly what you think in detail over the issue of the Obama economy.

Youve indicated that, despite yourself being very willing to make claims against all liberals, you really dont like it when someone makes comments against conservatives. You call that trolling. However, youve yet to admit that your own behaviour is indeed trolling by the very same standard.

The only way you can now continue in your usual manner is to completely ignore any of the above points made, because by answering the above points in a respectful manner you will be forced to discontinue your previous ways. Good luck.

By the way, would you like a link to Brad Stine? I think youd like this guy.:)

That would be you. I specifically asked what is the difference between Bush and Obama when it comes to tax break for the wealthy...

I mentioned "rich" for a reason...

I think the essential difference is that Obamas agreement to extension was as a compromise move with the congressional opposition.

Fundamentally, you failed miserably at understanding between fact and opinion.

You did not come up with any "FACT" to back up your CLAIM that "people will approve Obama's handing of the economy....."

Quotes are not fact, they're opinion. How you consistently fail to understand that is very difficult to explain.

Again, this is your statement "Obama has put forward a spending cut...."
It's proven another manufactured lie by the liberals, in this case, it's you.

Obama has spent more money in three years than any presidents in the US history, that's a fact. There is no way to spin it around.

Public poll indicates fewer than 50% of voters approve Obama's handling the economy, your debate tactic is simply trolling.

Obama promised during campaign that he would let Bush tax cut for super wealthy to expire, see what happened since then? He extended it twice.

Conclusion: Obama is a liar. That's a FACT. To think otherwise is simply trolling.

On the contrary, you're the one who ignores every single fact that presents to you, and you have yet to come up with any FACT that back your mindless statements/claims.

May I ask why you're so obsessed with Brad Stine? Who is he again? Or Do I just assume you're doing your usual trolling here?

Again "think" is not fact, it's simply your "opinion". Learn to understand the difference between the two.

Obama did not keep his promise. That's enough concrete evidence to prove him a big liar. It's on the record. Case closed.

Yes and I showed you why he did it.

But its seem you just dont want to see it.

Obama simply was forced he either accepted they were extended for 2 years or all the things he wanted just wouldnt become law.

The issue came to a head during the lame duck session of the 111th Congress. At the "Slurpee Summit" of November 30, 2010, President Obama appointed Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and Office of Management and Budget chief Jack Lew to help Republicans and Democrats hammer out an agreement on extending the Bush tax cuts.[14] President Obama wanted to extend the tax cuts for taxpayers making less than $250,000 a year. Congressional Republicans agreed but also wanted to extend the tax cuts for those making over that amount.[15] Indeed, all 42 Republican senators joined in saying that, until the tax dispute was resolved, they would filibuster to prevent consideration of any other legislation, except for bills to fund the U.S. governmen

So in reality, the bush tax cuts where pushed onto the american people twice by republicans.

Obama had a majority backing of the Dem in the House and Senate in his first two years, if he wanted to repeal Bush tax cut, he could have done already. The reality is Bush and Obama is just a puppet run by super wealthy in this country. When they say jump... Bush/Obama jumps. That's a fact.

Talking is not the same as doing it, until he does it, then you believe it. Right now Obama is a liar. It's fact, you can't spin that.

Bush spent billions on non-rich too...Does Medical Part D or Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act ring any bell to you?

Does that make Bush a Democrat?

    Where did he lie then?

And he cut even more tax breaks for the rich and waged a war that benefited every defense company in the USA .

During the campaign, he promised that he would let Bush tax cut for super wealthy to expire. What happened when he is actually governing, he extended Bush tax break for rich not once but twice. You can spin all you want, but ultimately, Obama is held accountable for any legislation that came through his desk, not Bush, not Republican, not Sarah Palin, Kim Jong Il. Obama is a liar. Period.

And I notice you duck my question, here it is again, Bush spent hundred billions on non-rich during his presidency too...does it make him a Democrat?

Fascinating comment, but youre doing better. More pointed and respectful. I like it.

As for facts the simple fact your looking for is the historical election record of Bill Clinton, who defeated G Bush despite the incumbents foreign policy grand success. As mentioned, the reason an adviser to Clinton told him 'its the economy stupid', so the tale goes.

Is that fact about the 90s factual enough for you? Is there something here about facts youd like to further discuss?

    Hmmm not manufactured by me, try the wsj;

    http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424053111904103404576559062901863074.html

    or

    http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/story/2011-09-19/Obama-deficit-reduction-plan/50470916/1

There's also no way to spin around the fact that the previous President also spent more than the one prior to him. Is there any way to spin around that?

If asking you directly exactly what you think in detail over the issue of the Obama economy constitutes trolling, then lets both be clear -- Im a troll of the highest order. Make sure you let everyone know and dont forget to report me to the moderators.

Indeed he did. The conclusion is not that hes a liar, but that he made a compromise move to make it easier to further his more important legislative aims. Like tax cuts for the middle class.

Just because you say him not doing something he said hed do makes him a liar and anyone who disagrees with that is a troll does not make it so.

Fascinating how you bandy about the term trolling without any reference to reporting me or anyone to moderators and you've yet to admit that your own behaviour is indeed trolling by the very same standard.

In fact its really quite a stupid and cowardly tactic.

Really? Should be easy for you to name to fact that ive ignored then yes?

Ive already alluded to previous records, youve yet to disagree with anything in particular. But hey lets be clear now, youve slightly improved your behaviour and this will likely continue whether you want it to happen or not.

Well, its because you're so much like him in your last posts. It makes me thing your likely to be him.

    But here you go;
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4eODr63uDwM"]Obama Bumper Sticker Removal Kit (feat. Brad Stine) - YouTube[/ame]

However, this last comment about trolling is simply another example of your consistent bad behaviour here isnt it? In fact its so bad you wont even address this point because youre really not capable of defending yourself against the fact that you bandy about the term trolling without any reference to reporting me or anyone to moderators and you've yet to admit that your own behaviour is indeed trolling by the very same standard.
