Sex and Gender are the same thing, and determined by biology.

What you THINK you are is not in the equation. Thoughts are not relevant to the above.

And so now, you should know the answer to your question

Right there in black and white.

Then surely quoting the specific provision or provisions transformed into an enumerated power of Congress by S5 through which it may address this issue won't be a problem, so get the hell on with it already.

?????? Ooook. I'll quote again the specific provisions.
    Section 5.
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

    Which part didn't you understand?

You can hardly do again what you never did to begin with.

From your responses, one might easily conclude that you're utterly oblivious to the context of what you quoted. In fact, if 14A consisted of what you keep quoting, and nothing more, it would make every bit as much sense as your argument.

Fully aware of the context and I haven't made an argument Einstein. I answered your uneducated question. Specifically-

Right there in black and white

    Section 5.
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

    Where are you getting lost?

Assuming you're playing stupid, I've never seen it done better. So congratulations, I guess.

Make a point if you can. Do you disagree? Are you trying to say that the provision that states "Congress shall have power" does not in fact give them the power? Your stupid question has been asked and answered. If you disagree with the answer, youll need to string together a few words and state why.

I've done that at least twice, and that's at least twice more than should be necessary. So do feel free to consider yourself dismissed.

Well, its in the laws that prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex. Wasn't needed back when we all knew what was meant by the word "sex", before Obama by regulation dictated otherwise.

Because I'm not fool enough to try to educate those who have proven themselves ineducable. You're welcome.

You don't make a point because you don't have one. AND the clearly enumerated power of Congress to legislate such matters is still spelled out in black and white.

    Section 5.
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

And you've presented nothing to contradict this fact. It was a stupid question revealing that you had never made it all the way through to the 5th clause of the 14th amendment.
